I 摘要 电动车作为我国新能源交通工具发展的重要方向,承载着人们的客货运输等交通 出行任务,随着企业市场准入的放开和补贴退坡,目前各大电动车制造销售企业都面 临着较大的市场竞争压力,提高企业的科技创新水平,研发更加先进的、舒适的电动 车产品,改进市场销售服务水平,以进一步提高电动车企业的核心竞争力。 绿源电动车是一个重要的电动车研发、制造、销售和维修企业,公司拥有丰富的 产品体系和销售服务渠道,积极响应市场需求进行科技创新。但是,绿源电动车科技 创新也存在一些问题,比如科技创新意识薄弱,组织结构比较落后,人才激励机制不 科学,科技创新的持续发展动力不足。本文分析了国内外企业科技创新的研究文献, 结合绿源电动车存在的问题,总结了产生问题的诸多原因,例如,公司的科技创新文 化气氛不足,人才福利待遇不具备竞争力,科技创新投入的资金不足,科技创新也缺 乏前瞻性等等。 本文结合科技创新、现代创新理论和企业核心竞争力等理论,为绿源电动车实施 科技创新提升企业核心竞争力提出了改进对策:建设和提升公司科技创新的文化氛围, 增强员工的科技创新意识,成立一个开放的、融合的创新文化平台;创新激励机制, 提高科技人才的待遇,建立一个竞争力较强的薪酬制度,同时还可以从职位晋升、职 业发展等创新激励机制;优化企业组织结构,提高科技创新机制,建立一个持续改进 的科技创新体系,加强公司的知识产权保护;加大公司对科技创新的投入力度,保持 对科技创新的高强度投入,同时与高等院校合作建立高水平科研机构。科技创新是绿 源电动车核心竞争力的基础,可以大幅度提升企业研发水平,为市场提供更好的产品 服务,进一步提高企业的市场竞争力。 关键词:科技创新 核心竞争力 激励 薪酬Abstract II Abstract The electric vehicles carry people's transportation tasks with an important direction for the development of new energy vehicles in China, such as passenger and freight transportation. The major electric vehicle manufacturing and sales companies are currently facing greater market competition pressure with the release of corporate market access and subsidy subsidence, improve the level of technological innovation of enterprises, develop more advanced and comfortable electric vehicle products, improve the level of market sales and service, and further increase the core competitiveness of electric vehicle enterprises. The LvYuan electric vehicle is an important electric vehicle R&D, manufacturing, sales and maintenance company. The company has a rich product system and sales service channels, and actively responds to market demand for technological innovation. However, there are also some problems in the scientific and technological innovation of the LvYuan electric vehicle. For example, the awareness of scientific and technological innovation is weak, the organizational structure is relatively backward, the talent incentive mechanism is not scientific, and the sustainable development of scientific and technological innovation is insufficient. This article analyzes the research literature of domestic and foreign enterprises' scientific and technological innovation, combined with the problems existing in the LvYuan electric vehicle, and summarizes the reasons for the problems. The company's scientific and technological innovation cultural atmosphere is insufficient, the talent welfare is not competitive, and the scientific and technological innovation investment is insufficient. Scientific and technological innovation also lacks forward-looking. This article combines scientific and technological innovation, modern innovation theory, and the core competitiveness of the company, and puts forward improvement measures for the LvYuan electric vehicle to implement technological innovation to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, build and promote the cultural atmosphere of the company's scientific and technological innovation, and enhance the scientific and technological innovation awareness of employees. Establishing an open and integrated innovation culture platform; innovate incentive mechanisms, improve the treatment of scientific and technological talents, establish a competitive salary system, and alsoAbstract III innovate incentive mechanisms such as job promotion and career development; optimize corporate organizational structure, provide scientific and technological innovation mechanisms, establish a continuously improving scientific and technological innovation system, and strengthen the company's intellectual property protection; increase the company's investment in scientific and technological innovation, maintain high-level investment in scientific and technological innovation, and cooperate with colleges and universities to establish high-level scientific research mechanism.
