房地产行业是我国重要的支柱产业之一,随着国民经济的不断发展,房地产 行业也越来越受到国家的重视,逐渐成为各个行业的龙头老大。房地产行业关系 到国计民生,所以该行业的发展尤为重要,但是近几年由于国家的宏观调控政策, 房地产行业的发展出现了一定的回落,这就需要房地产行业自身的调节和发展, 如果房地产行业要想更好的发展首先需要人才,留住人才是关键,这就需要同其 他行业进行人才的竞争,也就是要求一套完整的薪酬管理制度来竞争人才,完善 的薪酬管理体系是公司竞争人才的最好优势,而且薪酬管理制度的改进还可以提 升员工的工作能力,让员工为公司创造更好的成绩同时也提升自己的能力,最终 实现公司的发展壮大,所以薪酬管理及问题的研究是很重要的内容。 首先,本课题以BXSH公司各层级的员工作为分析对象研究该公司的薪酬管 理问题;其次通过对国内外薪酬管理理论的进一步探索学习,更深入的了解薪酬 管理;第三全面的分析该公司的薪酬管理现状,分别从薪酬的构成、职级划分、 薪资标准等进行阐述,对BXSH公司的薪酬管理体系框架全方位的了解;第四对 公司的历史数据的整合及开展内部员工的问卷调查研究,结合本公司薪酬管理的 具体情况,从薪酬体系结构、支付方式、职级与薪资的不协调等几大点来分析出 薪酬管理存在的问题及问题形成的潜在原因;最后运用理论联系实际,从树立先 进理论、绩效考评、激励薪酬、培训等几个方面着手研究解决对策,使得公司能 够构建完善的薪酬管理体系,推动该公司薪酬管理的改善,同时也为同行业的其 他企业在相关领域的管理提升提供些许的借鉴作用,也希望给读者提供一定的参 考价值。 关键词: 薪酬管理; 绩效考评; 激励薪酬 沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Real estate industry is one of the important pillar industries in China. With the continuous development of national economy, the real estate industry has received more and more attention from the state and has gradually become the leader in a wide range of industries. The real estate industry is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood, so the development of the industry is particularly important. However, due to the macro-control policies of the state in recent years, the development of the real estate industry has declined to some extent, which requires the adjustment and development of the real estate industry itself. If the real estate industry needs talents for better development, retaining talents is the key, so it needs to compete with other industries for talents. In other words, it needs a complete compensation management system to compete for talents, and a perfect compensation management system is the best advantage for companies to compete for talents. Moreover the improvement of compensation management system can improve the staff’s working ability, enable employees to create better results for the company and enhance their own ability, and ultimately realize the development and growth of the company, so the study of salary management and problems is very important content. First of all, this topic uses the employees of all levels of BXSH as the analysis object to study the company’s salary management problem. Secondly, it further explores and studies the theories of new salary management at home and abroad, so as to have a deeper understanding of salary management. Third overall analysis of the company’s pay management status, respectively from composition of salary, rank division, salary standard and so on, such as all-round BXSH company compensation management system framework. The forth to the integration of historical data and carry out internal employees of questionnaire investigation and study, combined with condition of the company compensation management, from the structure of the 沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文 compensation system, payment methods, ranks and salary not harmonious and other major points to several big point to analyze the compensation management problems and questions the underlying cause of formation. Finally, the use of theory with practice, from set up the advanced theory, performance evaluation and incentive pay, training and so on, several aspects to study solutions, enables the company to build a perfect salary management system, to promote the improvement of the company compensation management, as well as other enterprises in the field of management to promote industry to provide some preference, and also hope to provide certain reference value to the reader.
