-I- 摘要 截止2018年底,全国铁路营业里程已达13.1万公里,近年来我国铁路建设取得 了举世瞩目的成就。铁路设备维护管理单位管辖设备数量逐年递增、管辖范围逐年 扩大,随之设备维护管理工作面临前所未有的挑战,现行维修管理体系已经不适应 铁路设备维护管理需要。亟待利用成熟的计算机技术和传感技术,通过实时采集设 备的运行参数进行大数据分析,监视设备运行状态实现预测性维修,弥补计划检修 和故障维修的不足,解决维修决策缺乏针对性、维修流程不合理、职工劳动强度大、 设备故障率高等一系列问题。 本文采用文献研究法、PDCA循环管理法相结合的方法,以唐山供电段牵引供 电设备维修管理为研究对象,以设备全面质量管理理论、设备全寿命周期管理理论、 设备健康管理及故障预警理论以及主动维护为理论基础,结合唐山供电段牵引供电 设备日常维修管理工作,对牵引供电设备维修管理的现状和存在问题进行了全面的 阐述和分析。构建了新唐山供电段牵引供电设备维修管理体系。 此外,其他供电公司或设备维护管理单位可以参考本研究维修管理体系优化结 果,结合本单位设备维修管理实际情况,进一步优化设备维修管理体系。 关键词:牵引供电设备;唐山供电段;设备维修管理 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Bytheendof2018,thelengthofChina'srailwaysinservicehadreached131,000 kilometers.Thenumberofequipmentunderthejurisdictionoftherailwayequipment maintenancemanagementunitisincreasingyearbyyearandthescopeofitsjurisdictionis expandingyearbyyear.Asaresult,theequipmentmaintenancemanagementworkis facedwithunprecedentedchallenges.Thecurrentmaintenancemanagementsystemhas beenunabletomeettheneedsofrailwayequipmentmaintenancemanagement.Tousethe maturecomputertechnologyandsensortechnology,throughreal-timeacquisition equipmentoperationparametersforbigdataanalysis,monitorequipmentoperationstate torealizepredictivemaintenance,makeupfortheinadequacyofperiodicalmaintenance andbreakdownmaintenance,solvethemaintenancedecisionlackofpertinence, maintenanceprocessisnotreasonable,theworkerlaborintensitybig,theequipment failureratehigheraseriesofproblems. Thispaperadoptsliteratureresearch,thePDCAcyclemanagementmethod,themethod ofinTangshanconstructedbytractionpowersupplyequipmentmaintenancemanagement astheresearchobject,withtotalqualitymanagementtheory,thewholelifecycle managementtheory,equipment,healthmanagementandfaultearlywarningtheoryand thetheoreticalbasisofactivemaintenance,andconstructedbycombiningtheTangshan tractionpowersupplyequipmentmaintenancemanagement,thetractionpowersupply equipmentmaintenancemanagementpresentsituationandexistencequestionhascarried onthecomprehensivedescriptionandanalysis.Themaintenancemanagementsystemof tractionpowersupplyequipmentinthenewpowersupplysectionisconstructed. Inaddition,otherpowersupplycompaniesorequipmentmaintenancemanagement unitscanrefertotheoptimizationresultsofthemaintenancemanagementsysteminthis studyandfurtheroptimizetheequipmentmaintenancemanagementsystembasedonthe actualsituationofequipmentmaintenancemanagementoftheunit.
