A银行苏州分行跨境投融资业务提升对策的研究 中文摘要 近年来我国经济发展速度举世瞩目,这也为商业银行的发展提供了前所未有的机 遇,各项业务获得飞速发展,但与此同时也面临诸多挑战。全球形势多变、中美贸易 战等外部不确定性,我国经济增速放缓、金融机构竞争激烈、外资银行进入等,给商 业银行传统国际业务发展带来挑战。商业银行如何加快国际业务转型升级,重新获得 竞争优势,满足日益增长的企业全球经营的需要,是亟需解决的课题,跨境投融资业 务适时成为众多商业银行国际业务升级的重要板块。A银行作为较早成立的城市商业 银行,近几年将“国际化”作为业务发展的战略方向之一,并开辟成立了离岸金融部 发展跨境投融资业务。A银行苏州分行作为一级分行,依托苏州外向型经济的发展, 国际业务一直是系统内的排头兵,积极响应总行战略号召,推动跨境投融资业务发展, 推进国际业务转型升级。 本文理论联系实际,从A银行苏州分行跨境投融资的业务发展现状切入,分析 现行的产品体系、人员配置、营销拓展、宣传培训等方面采取的措施,总结目前在业 务规模、产品落地、客户拓展等方面取得的成效。其次,根据发展现状分析A银行苏 州分行在跨境投融资业务发展在产品、定价、流程、制度、拓展、人才等方面存在的 问题,并剖析问题产生的原因。最后,为A银行苏州分行跨境投融资业务提升提出建 设性的目标、对策和保障措施,通过加强渠道体系建设、发挥比较优势、抢抓业务契 机、聚焦客户拓展、完善产品体系、优化产品定价、加快人才队伍建设、提升营销技 能、完善激励体制、强化风险防控等方面的对策实施,进一步提升其跨境投融资业务。 本文通过研宄分析,为A银行苏州分行跨境投融资业务的提升提出了切实可行 的对策,旨在达到扩大市场份额、提升价值贡献、保持竞争优势的目的,同时对其他 城商行乃至大部分商业银行跨境投融资业务的转型升级也有一定的借鉴参考价值。同 时,本文对丰富跨境投融资领域内的业务研宄也具有一定意义。 关键词:商业银行;跨境投融资;对策 作者:张莹 指导老师:王俊 I AbstractResearchonStrategiesforImprovingCross-borderInvestmentandFinancingBusinessofABankSuzhouBranch ResearchonStrategiesforImprovingCross-borderInvestment andFinancingBusinessofABankSuzhouBranch Abstract Inrecentyears,China*seconomicdevelopmenthasattractedworldwideattention, whichhasprovidedunprecedentedopportunitiesforthedevelopmentofcommercialBanks.
