I 摘要 随着社会的进步，科技的不断发展和国内外市场竞争的日趋激烈，更多的科技 企业认识到产品质量、产品安全、顾客信任度、品牌及产品竞争力的重要性。随着 近年来经济全球化的发展，我国正逐渐成为全球的制造业主要生产国之一，许多数 码产品都在国内制造和生产，但是也会有质量事故的发生和出现，仅仅解决质量事 故是不能满足企业发展的需求的，需要对质量事故进行追溯，这不仅仅代表了企业 的生产能力，更代表着企业的信誉，也是提高企业市场竞争力的必要手段。 本文首先对国内外产品质量追溯系统的发展现状和情况进行了介绍，重点选择 无敌数码科技公司作为研究对象，对该公司在产品质量追溯过程中存在的溯源链条 短、缺少信息记录管控、缺少全过程的生产监控、追溯内容单一、缺少制度保障、 缺乏仓储及物流管理的手段、员工对生产标准化认知程度低等问题。针对存在的问 题，本文确定了无敌数码科技公司质量业务流程的相关追溯方法，通过扩宽溯源链 条、建立完善的产品质量追溯系统、建立全流程产品质量追溯体系、建立健全产品 质量追溯管理制度、利用物联网来实施仓储和物流的管理、提高员工对于产品质量 追溯的认识等方法，解决目前无敌数码科技公司产品质量追溯过程中的问题。问题 解决以后结合信息化的手段打造产品质量追溯系统，利用计算机的相关手段来辅助 无敌数码科技公司建立更加完善的质量追溯体系，对于无敌数码科技公司来说需要 进一步加强企业的体制建设，同步制定完善的企业管理流程，并对企业的组织机构 进行划分，完成每项业务的重组，利用这一系列的方式可以改善产品质量追溯系统 的运行质量和效率，为类似系统的开发提供参考。 本文最后针对无敌数码科技公司在产品质量追溯过程中取得的成绩和未来进一 步的发展进行了分析，并针对目前的不足提出了改进的意见，通过这一系列的措施 促进企业质量管理的发展。 关键词： 产品质量追溯；科技公司；信息化手段 ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT With the advancement of society, the continuous development of science and technology and the increasingly fierce competition in domestic and foreign markets, more technology companies recognize the importance of product quality, product safety, customer trust, brand and product competitiveness. This paper first introduces the development status and situation of product quality traceability at home and abroad, and focuses on selecting the WuDi digital technology company as the research object. The traceability chain of the company in the quality traceability process is short, lacks information record management, lacks the whole process. Production monitoring, single traceability, lack of institutional guarantees, lack of means of warehousing and logistics management, and low awareness of employees' production standardization. In view of the existing problems, this paper determines the relevant traceability method of the quality business process of the WuDi digital technology company, through the expansion of the traceability chain, the establishment of a complete quality traceability management system, the establishment of a full process quality traceability system, the establishment of a sound quality traceability management system, the use of materials Networking to implement warehousing and logistics management, improve employees' understanding of quality traceability, etc., to solve problems in the current product quality traceability process of WuDi digital technology companies.
