在军民融合的大背景下的激烈的市场竞争中,军工企业如何调整自身的发展 战略以适应外部环境的变化,凸显自身优势,成了当务之急,也是一个亟待研究 和解决的问题。 本文以FD机械厂的发展战略为研究对象,运用企业管理理论与方法,结合FD 机械厂在军民融合背景下企业发展的实践经验,对其企业发展战略展开深入研究, 全文共分为五部分。首先,介绍了选题背景与意义、国内外相关研究和实践现状 现状、研究方法以及创新与不足。第二部分介绍了相关概念及全文运用的理论与 方法。第三部分介绍了FD机械厂发展战略的沿革,运用PEST方法分析了FD机械 厂的发展,并运用SWOT方法对企业进行剖析,找到了企业在基础设施和生产条件、 企业文化以及市场美誉度方面的优势,同时也提出了企业在运营管理、创新力度、 产品结构等方面的劣势;分析了军民融合给企业带来国际贸易方面的机会以及面 临的竞争威胁。第四部分,通过对FD机械厂在发展中出现的产品结构不合理、产 品定位与推广滞后、管理模式及观念老化、人才结构不合理及科技创新力度不强 问题分析,阐明了企业战略转变的原因。最后,提出了FD机械厂发展战略的调整 思路、战略定位以及目标,进一步提出了FD机械厂在军民品协调发展、建立市场 地位和品牌优势、改进管理模式、优化人力资源配置等方面的发展战略的保障措 施。本文能够在一定程度上科学合理地完善FD机械厂企业发展战略,为提升业综 合能力,实现企业的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。 关键词: 军民融合; 军工企业; 企业发展战略; PEST分析; SWOT分析 Abstract In the fierce market competition in the context of military-civilian integration, how military enterprises adjust their development strategies to adapt to changes in the external environment and highlight their own advantages has become a top priority and an issue that needs to be studied and resolved. This article takes the development strategy of the FD Machinery Plant as the research object, applies enterprise management theory and methods, and combines the practical experience of FD Machinery Plant's enterprise development in the context of military-civilian integration to conduct an in-depth study of its enterprise development strategy.
