The presence of foreign-funded enterprises and the continued development of local enterprises have further intensified market competition. Major enterprises are facing this tremendous development pressure. At the same time, intangible development opportunities have also provided favorable conditions for the transformation and development of enterprises. Zhuji HS Company is a well-known enterprise in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, China. Under the guidance of the “One Belt, One Road, Going Global” strategy, HS Company continues to strengthen international cooperation and sells products to more than 30 countries around the world, achieving great development. But at the same time, the continuous expansion of the enterprise scale will inevitably lead to some problems, especially the shortage of talent reserves and the low performance of existing personnel, which will greatly affect the development of the enterprise. Therefore, research on the performance management system of HS Company not only can clarify the existing problems and adjust them, but also has important IV practical significance for further improving the quality and level of enterprise performance management. This study first introduces the related concepts, goals, roles, links, methods, etc. of performance management, making it the theoretical basis of the research; then from HS Company performance plan formulation, performance assessment implementation, performance assessment subject, performance feedback And application situation to introduce the current performance management situation of the enterprise. Design questionnaires, organize distribution, and recycle; design interview outlines, and implement interviews to effectively understand the views and attitudes of employees at all levels of the company on current performance management. Through the analysis of the results of questionnaires and interviews, it was found that the performance management of HS Company has problems such as unclear performance management plans, inadequate performance management implementation, unscientific and reasonable performance assessment, and untimely performance communication feedback. The reasons for the above problems are: insufficient attention to performance management, inadequate performance management organizational structure, less scientific design of performance assessment indicators, result-oriented, and inadequate guarantee schemes. Finally, based on a series of analysis, the countermeasures to improve the performance management of HS V Company are proposed as follows: change the concept of performance management, clarify the performance management goals and plans; strengthen the implementation of performance management, give play to the effectiveness of performance management incentives; The factual effect of the assessment; strengthening the application of performance assessment results, and improving the performance assessment guarantee scheme, etc., it is hoped that it will be beneficial to further improve the performance management system of HS Company, and effectively play an important role and value of performance management.
