近年来,随着国内外经济的不断变化,我国银行利率市场化进程得到快速推进。 之所以会出现这种变化,一方面是为了更好地促进了国内经济资源的优化配置,进 而促进国内经济发展及人们生活水平的提高;另一方面也是对国内商业银行贷款利 率定价提出新的改革要求,进而促进国内商业银行贷款定价合理化。本文以Z农商 银行作为研究对象,分析农商银行在利率市场化的社会背景下如何选择正确的发展 战略并保证战略的良好实施。 具体而言,本文共分为六个部分。第一个部分是绪论,在这一部分中主要阐述 了研究背景与研究意义;国内外研究现状;研究思路、方法与创新点。第二个部分 是相关理论概述,在这一部分中主要阐述了利率决定理论、信贷配给理论、资产负 债理论及利率风险结构理论,以便可以更好地理解后文。第三个部分是利率市场化 背景下我国商业银行贷款利率定价现状分析,在这一部分主要阐述了我国利率市场 化改革现状、我国商业银行的贷款利率定价现状以及利率市场化对我国商业银行贷 款定价的影响等内容。第四部分是利率市场化背景下Z农商银行贷款定价分析,在 这一部分主要阐述了Z农商银行介绍、Z农商银行个人贷款发展现状进行分析、Z 农商银行贷款利率定价现状及Z农商银行贷款利率定价存在的问题等内容,同时对 Z农商银行贷款利率定价存在的问题,如定价管理方法粗放、定价方法落后、风险 覆盖不全面、贷款定价管理薄弱等进行详细的分析。第五部分是Z农商银行贷款利 率定价策略及保障,在这一部分主要阐述两方面的内容,一是贷款利率定价策略, 具体包括改进定价模型、实施差异化定价、建立定价风险规避及损失补偿机制及构 建市场基准利率体系;二是贷款贷款利率定价策略的实施保障,具体包括完善贷款 定价机制、大力拓展银行业务、营销管理体系改进及增强利率市场化风险管控。第 六部分是总结与展望,在这一部分主要阐述了研究总结及研究展。本文的研究结论 不仅适用于Z农商银行,对与Z农商银行类似的中小型银行同样具有较大的参考价 值与借鉴意义。 关键词:利率市场化;个人贷款定价;Z农商银行 II Abstract Inrecentyears,withtheconstantchangesofdomesticandforeigneconomy,the marketizationprocessofinterestrateofChinesebankshasbeenpromotedrapidly.The reasonforthischangeisthat,ontheonehand,itpromotestheoptimalallocationof domesticeconomicresources,andthenpromotesthedevelopmentofdomesticeconomy andtheimprovementofpeople'slivingstandard.Ontheotherhand,italsoputsforward thenewreformrequesttothedomesticcommercialbankloaninterestratepricing,and thenpromotesthedomesticcommercialbankloanpricingrationalization.Thispaper takesZAgriculturalCommercialBankastheresearchobject,analyzeshowtochoosethe correctdevelopmentstrategyandensurethegoodimplementationofthestrategyunder thesocialbackgroundofinterestratemarketization.Specifically,thisarticleItisdivided intosixparts.Thefirstpartistheintroduction.Inthispart,thebackgroundand significanceoftheresearch,thecurrentsituationofresearchathomeandabroad,the researchideas,methodsandinnovationsaredescribed.Thesecondpartisanoverviewof therelevanttheories.Inthispart,thetheoryofinterestratedecision,thetheoryofcredit rationing,thetheoryofasset-liabilityandthetheoryofinterestrateriskstructureare discussed.Thethirdpartistheanalysisofthecurrentsituationofinterestratepricingof Chinesecommercialbanksunderthebackgroundofinterestratemarketization.Inthis part,thepapermainlyexpoundsthecurrentsituationofinterestratemarketizationreform, thecurrentsituationofloaninterestratepricingandtheinterestratemarketizationof Chinesecommercialbanks.TheinfluenceofloanpricingofcommercialbanksinChina. ThefourthpartistheanalysisofloanpricingofZRuralCommercialBankunderthe backgroundofinterestratemarketization.Inthispart,theintroductionofZAgricultural andCommercialBankandtheanalysisofexternalinterestratemarketenvironmentofZ AgriculturalandCommercialBankarediscussed.Thepresentsituationofthepricingof loaninterestrateofZAgriculturalandCommercialBankandtheproblemsexistinginthe III pricingofloaninterestrateofZAgriculturalandCommercialBankarediscussed.Atthe sametime,theproblemsexistinginthepricingofloaninterestrateofZAgriculturaland CommercialBank,suchasextensivepricingmanagementmethodsandbackwardpricing methods,arediscussed.Theriskcoverageisnotcomprehensive,theloanpricing managementisweakandsooncarriesonthedetailedanalysis.Thefifthpartisthe pricingstrategyandguaranteeofloaninterestrateofZAgriculturalandCommercial Bank,whichisthemainpartofthispart.First,thepricingstrategyofloaninterestrate, includingtheimprovementofpricingmodel,theimplementationofdifferentialpricing, theestablishmentofpricingriskaversionandlosscompensationmechanismandthe constructionofmarketbenchmarkinterestratesystem;Thesecondistheimplementation oftheloaninterestratepricingstrategy,includingtheimprovementofloanpricing mechanism,theexpansionofbankingbusiness,theimprovementofmarketing managementsystemandtheenhancementofinterestratemarket-orientedriskcontrol. Thesixthpartisthesummaryandprospect,inthispartmainlyelaboratedtheresearch summaryandtheresearchexhibition.Theconclusionofthispaperisnotonlyapplicable toZagribusinessbank,butalsohasgreatreferencetosmallandmedium-sizedbanks similartoZagribusinessbank.Valueandreferencesignificance.
