八三石墨厂是戒毒所企业,本文以八三石墨厂干警职工激励机制为研宄对象,以 企业现有激励机制为出发点,结合八三石墨厂干警、工勤人员身份的特殊性,详细阐 述了八三石墨厂当前激励机制各个主要维度的政策情况、实施现状以及在各个方面存 在的不足,详细计算评价了八三石墨厂激励机制各个维度的激励因素,并根据量化得 分的评价结果提出具有针对性并且切实可行的改进完善措施。期望能够激发企业干警 职工的工作动力,激发企业活力,最终促进企业安全稳定的发展,进而促进戒毒工作 的顺利开展。 在研宄八三石墨厂干警职工激励机制过程中,本文运用文献综述法、调查研宄法 等常规方法详细阐述了八三石墨厂干警职工对企业现有激励机制的满意程度,通过调 查研宄,发现八三石墨厂干警职工激励机制的诸多问题,具体体现在薪酬激励效果不 明显,考核目标、内容不清晰,晋升渠道狭窄、机会偏少,培训教育流于形式、精神 激励过于空泛等方面;本文运用层次分析一模糊综合评价法将定性评价转化为定量评 价,通过建立数学模型对八三石墨厂千警职工激励机制中较为模糊的、难以量化的问 题,用结果清晰、数字量化的方式更为直观的呈现出来;然后依据量化得分情况,分 别就薪酬及福利待遇,职务、级别提升,综合素质提升、企业文化软实力四个方面有 所偏重的进行完善改进。通过研宄以期激发千警职工的工作热情,建立与时俱进的激 励机制,为后期企业改革改制打下坚实的基础。 关键词:干警职工;激励机制;数学建模;评价改进 Abstract BaSangraphiteplantisadrugrehabilitationenterprise.Thispapertakestheincentive mechanismofthepolicestaffofBaSangraphiteplantastheresearchobject,takesthe existingincentivemechanismoftheenterpriseasthestarlingpoint,combinedwiththe particularityoftheidentityofthepolicestaffofBaSangraphiteplant,expoundsindetailthe currentincentivemechanismofthemaindimensionsofthepoliticalsituation,implementation statusanddeficienciesinvariousaspects,andcalculatesandevaluatesBaSangraphiteplant indetailAccordingtotheevaluationresultsofthequantitativescores,thepaperputsforward thetargetedandfeasibleimprovementmeasures.Itishopedthatitcanstimulatetheworking poweroftheenterprisepolicestaff,stimulatethevitalityoftheenterprise,ultimatelypromote thesafeandstabledevelopmentof ' theenterprise,andthenpromotethesmoothdevelopment ofdrugtreatment.
