随着互联网的快速发展和急剧扩张,互联网+企业间的竞争越演越烈,企业 经营者们越来越意识到,市场竞争实质是人力资源的竞争,招聘在企业人力资源 管理中的重要性逐渐提高。要长期保持发展活力,企业需要吸收大量的年轻人才 作为补充,做好企业的人才储备。直接面向高校的校园招聘可以为企业招聘到优 秀的毕业生人才,是补充企业人才的重要方式。 H公司作为一家一线城市的互联网+教育企业,校园招聘工作开展五年来, 每次招聘效果均不能达到公司的预期目标。H公司处在快速发展的阶段,人才的 需求越来越大,要满足公司未来做大做强的发展目标,如何招聘到更多合适的人 才是H公司目前亟待解决的问题。 本文主要是以H公司校园招聘的实际情况为研究对象。作者对H公司校园招 聘开展跟踪与调查,进行数据收集与分析,结合人岗匹配理论、成就动机理论、 人才评测理论和胜任力模型,解构H公司校园招聘在人才招募和才人甄选等工作
