20世纪80年代以来,中国经济在高速增长的同时,也付出了巨大的资源、 环境及社会福利损耗的代价。然而,《中国制造2025》战略规划强调要构建高效、 节能、清洁、循环的绿色制造体系,实现制造业企业绿色创新转型。实践中,有 不少企业通过实施环境知识管理和绿色创新实践,获得了持续的绿色竞争优势。 但现有研究大多未能从组织学习和绿色创新理论集成研究视角出发,对绿色创新 行为内在形成机制也没有形成统一观点,而且组织环境知识学习促进企业绿色创 新转型提升路径尚未明确。 本文结合理论文献,探索了环境知识学习对环境绩效的影响机理,提出了相 关理论模型。利用长三角地区367家制造企业的调研数据,实证检验了环境知识 学习、绿色创新行为与环境绩效三者之间的关系。研究结果表明,环境知识学习 对环境绩效具有正向影响,且环境知识探索性学习相对于环境知识利用性学习对 环境绩效的影响更强。环境知识学习对绿色创新行为和环境绩效均具有正向影响, 绿色创新行为对环境绩效具有正向影响。进一步研究发现,绿色创新行为在环境 知识利用性学习与环境绩效中具有完全中介效应,而在环境知识探索性学习与环 境绩效关系中具有部分中介效应。 本文研究揭示了环境知识学习与环境绩效之间的内在机制,拓展了组织学习 与环境管理等相关领域的理论空间,对于企业实施绿色发展战略具有启示意义。 为实现绿色发展,企业应加强环境知识的学习和积累,构建适合企业绿色创新发 展的学习机制,同时以积极和主动的姿态实施产品创新和技术创新,保证绿色创 新行为在环境知识学习与环境绩效之间的传导作用。 关键词:环境知识学习;绿色创新行为;环境绩效;环境管理 II INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL KNOWLEDGE LEARNING ON ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE: THE MEDIATING ROLE OF GREEN INNOVATION BEHAVIOR ABSTRACT Since the 1980s, China's economy has experienced rapid growth, at the same time, it has also paid a huge cost of resources, environment and social welfare. However, the "Made in China 2025" strategic plan emphasizes the need to build a green manufacturing system that is efficient, energy-efficient, clean, and recycling, and realize the green innovation transformation of manufacturing enterprises. In practice, many enterprises have obtained sustainable green competitive advantage through the implementation of environmental knowledge management and green innovation practice. However, most of studies fail to research from the perspective of the integration of organizational learning and green innovation theory. There is no unified view on the internal formation mechanism of green innovation behavior. And it is not clear that environmental knowledge learning promotes the path of enterprise green innovation transformation. Based on the theoretical literature, this paper explores the impact mechanism of environmental knowledge learning on environmental performance and proposes relevant theoretical models. Then, using the survey data of 367 manufacturing companies in the Yangtze River Delta region, this paper empirically tests the relationship among environmental knowledge learning, green innovation behavior and environmental performance. The results show that environmental knowledge learning has a positive effect on environmental performance, and exploration learning of environmental knowledge has a stronger effect on environmental performance than exploitation learning of environmental knowledge. Environmental knowledge learning has a positive effect on green innovation behavior and environmental performance. III Green innovation behavior has a positive impact on environmental performance. Further research shows that green innovation behavior fully mediates the positive relationship between exploitation learning of environmental knowledge and environmental performance, and it has a partially mediation effect on the positive relationship between exploration learning of environmental knowledge and environmental performance. This paper reveals the inherent mechanism of environment knowledge learning and environmental performance, and expands the theoretical space in the related fields such as organization learning and environment management. It has great implications for enterprises on the implement of green innovation strategy. In order to achieve green development, enterprises should strengthen the learning and accumulation of environmental knowledge, and build a learning mechanism suitable for the development of green innovation. At the same time, they should implement product innovation and technological innovation in a positive and active manner, so as to ensure the transmission of green innovation behavior between environmental knowledge learning and environmental performance.
