--I 摘要 港口作为交运运输的枢纽，在国民经济中承担着重要的角色，但在其发展的同 时对周边的生态环境不可避免的造成了一定的影响。因此，若 要实现港口与环境的 可持续发展，必须将“绿色”放在首位。秦皇岛港作为干散货专业码头，近年来环境 的压力越来越大，而且作为以煤炭运输主的码头，同时也面临着转型升 级的压力。 本文针对秦皇岛绿色港口总体发展规划进行研究，文中主要内容如下： 首先，着眼于背景意义以及国内外关于发展战略的现状情况，对其国内外企业 战略管理的理论 发展史进行了梳理，同时也对绿色港口建设方面的战略研究进行整 理和对比。 其次，介绍了企业发展战略相关分析方法和理论依据，为后续研究秦皇岛港绿 色港口建设的发展战 略奠定坚实的理论基础。 再次，采用PEST分析方法对绿色港口发展的宏观环境进行了研究与总结，利用 波特五力模型的分析方式对其竞争情况深入分析，对秦皇岛港绿色港口建 设发展的 外部环境进行了全面的阐述。 另外，对秦皇岛港目前绿色港口建设所做的工作、存在的问题进行梳理，并运 用SWOT分析工具和比较分析的方法，研究分析了秦皇岛港目 前绿色港口建设的内 部环境。 最后，基于以上的研究内容，本文从宏观到微观，从港口功能布局、管理、企 业文化、技术等几个方面为切入点，构建出适合秦皇岛港的绿色港口 建设发展战略 实施方案。并以此为基础，有针对性的从管理、管控、技术研究推广等几个方面入 手，制定了秦皇岛港绿色港口建设发展战略方案的保障措施。 关键词：秦皇岛港 ；可持续发展；绿色港口 燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 --II Abstract Asahuboftransportation,portsplayanimportantroleinthenationaleconomy,but theirdevelopmenthasinevitablycausedacertainimpactonthesurroundingecological environment.Therefore,toachievesustainabledevelopmentoftheportandthe environment,environmentalprotectionmustbegiventoppriority.QinhuangdaoPort,asa drybulkcargoterminal,hasbeenunderincreasingenvironmentalpressureinrecentyears, andasaterminalforcoaltransportation,itisalsofacingpressurefortransformationand upgrading.ThispaperstudiestheoveralldevelopmentplanofQinhuangdaoGreenPort. Themaincontentsofthearticleareasfollows: Firstofall,focusingonthebackgroundsignificanceandthestatusquoof developmentstrategiesathomeandabroad,itsortedoutthetheoreticaldevelopment historyofstrategicmanagementofdomesticandforeignenterprises,andatthesametime collatedandcomparedthestrategicresearchongreenportconstruction. Secondly,therelatedanalysismethodsandtheoreticalbasisoftheenterprise developmentstrategyareintroduced,whichlaysasolidtheoreticalfoundationforthe follow-upresearchonthedevelopmentstrategyofthegreenportconstructionof QinhuangdaoPort. Thirdly,usingthePESTanalysismethodtoresearchandsummarizethemacro environmentofgreenportdevelopment,usingtheanalysismethodofPorter'sfive -force modeltoanalyzeitscompetitionsituationindepth,andcomprehensivelyexpoundthe externalenvironmentofQinhuangdaoPortgreenportconstructionanddevelopment. Inaddition,theworkandexistingproblemsofQinhuangdaoPort'scurrentgreenport constructionaresortedout,andSWOTanalysistoolsandcomparativeanalysismethods areusedtostudyandanalyzethecurrentinternalenvironmentofQinhuangdaoPort's greenportconstruction.
