I 摘要 我国目前发展形式日新月异,日益激烈的市场竞争环境给企业创造了更多的 机遇,同时也带来了越来越严酷的挑战。现代企业之间的竞争核心,慢慢转移到 了人力资源上面,这就对传统的人力资源管理办法提出了与时俱进的要求。企业 的人力资源管理中,重中之重是员工激励,其利于调动工作积极性和热情,优化 工作环境和竞争机制,留住人才,实现员工与企业共同成长。所以,重新审视激 励机制在现阶段存在的问题,加强激励和激励机制方面的学习,优化公司对员工 的激励机制是非常必要的。 本文立足全面分析如何提高员工满意度入手来改进TD公司现有激励机制不 健全问题,在研究方法上,借鉴MSQ量表来设计问卷调查,并运用SPSS17.0 软件对问卷的调查情况进行统计分析,并通过描述性统计、T检验、单因素分析 等方法来分析激励机制与员工满意度存在的问题。通过论文的研究,得出了不同 性别、年龄、学历、工龄、岗位员工的激励机制和员工满意度基本都存在显著差 异,从而得知目前TD公司激励机制和员工满意度的情况不容乐观。因此,针对 TD公司目前激励机制存在的问题,以提升TD公司员工满意度为基础,运用建 立科学的薪酬体系和制度、弹性福利计划、创新荣誉激励方式、股权激励再分 配、保证晋升程序公正性等措施,优化激励机制,为激励员工提供可操作的管理 建议。 关键词:激励机制员工满意度优化研究 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Withtherapiddevelopmentofourcountry,theincreasinglyfiercemarket competitionenvironmenthascreatedmoreopportunitiesforenterprises,andithasalso broughtmoreandmoreseverechallenges.Thecoreofthecompetitionbetween modernenterpriseshasslowlyshiftedtohumanresources,whichhasputforwardthe requirementsforthetraditionalhumanresourcesmanagementmethodstokeeppace withthetimes.Inthehumanresourcesmanagementofenterprises,themostimportant thingisemployeemotivation,whichisconducivetomobilizingenthusiasmand enthusiasm,optimizingtheworkenvironmentandcompetitionmechanism,retaining talents,andrealizingthecommongrowthofemployeesandenterprises.Therefore,itis necessarytoreviewtheexistingproblemsofincentivemechanism,strengthenthe learningofincentiveandincentivemechanism,andoptimizetheincentivemechanism ofthecompanytoemployees. Basedontheoverallanalysisofhowtoimproveemployeesatisfactiontoimprove TDcompany'sexistingincentivemechanismisnotsound,inresearchmethods,use MSQscaletodesignquestionnaire,SPSS17.0softwarewasusedtoanalyzethe questionnairesurvey,andthroughdescriptivestatistics,t-test,one-wayanalysisto analyzetheincentivemechanismandemployeesatisfactionproblems.Throughthe researchofthepaper,itisconcludedthattherearesignificantdifferencesinthe motivationmechanismandthesatisfactionofemployeesofdifferentgender,age, educationalbackground,lengthofservice,postThusweknowthatthecurrentTD companyincentivemechanismandemployeesatisfactionisnotoptimistic. Therefore,inviewoftheproblemsexistinginTD'scurrentincentivemechanism,based ontheimprovementofTD'semployeesatisfaction,optimizetheincentivemechanism byestablishingascientificsalarysystemandsystem,flexiblewelfareplan,innovating thewayofhonorincentive,re-distributingtheequityincentive,andensuringthe fairnessofpromotionprocedureProvideoperationalmanagementadvicetomotivate employees.
