随着知识在产品和服务的价值增值中起着越来越重要的作用,知识已成为生 产力和经济增长的驱动力。企业逐渐认识到知识这种关键生产要素的巨大作用, 开始把知识管理作为企业管理和发展战略的核心。软件企业作为典型的知识密集 型企业,通过知识管理来提升自身的核心竞争力以谋求生存和发展已是共识。本 文旨在通过对DR公司软件外包项目知识管理中的问题进行深入研究,探索知识管 理的本质并给出改进建议。 本文首先详细介绍了组织的知识创造理论和知识边界理论,从软件外包项目 的特点出发,展开对DR公司软件外包项目知识管理的研究,利用问卷调查等方式 对DR公司的管理层及普通员工进行取样,得出知识获取、知识整合、知识共享、 知识应用过程中的现状。利用知识创造理论和知识边界理论,深入剖析DR公司软 件外包项目知识管理的问题:主要有组织内缺少对知识的标准化、系统化处理, 知识管理系统利用率低;缺乏对跨组织的知识边界管理等。在以上分析结果的基 础上,提出科学有效的改进策略和建议,包括高层管理人员的参与,制定知识管 理愿景;重视知识整合,提升知识管理系统利用率;加强跨组织的知识边界管理 等。 关键词:知识管理;知识创造;知识边界;软件外包 Abstract With knowledge playing an increasingly important role in the value added of products and services, knowledge has become a driver of productivity and economic growth. Enterprises gradually realize the great role of knowledge as a key factor of production and begin to take knowledge management as the core of enterprise management and development strategy. As a typical knowledge-intensive enterprise, it is an consensus that software enterprises should enhance their core competitiveness through knowledge management to seek survival and development. This paper aims to make an in-depth study on the knowledge management of software outsourcing projects in DR company, explore the essence of knowledge management and give suggestions for improvement. This article first introduces the theory of knowledge creation and knowledge organization boundary theory, starting from the characteristics of software outsourcing project, software outsourcing project on DR company knowledge management research, using questionnaire survey methods such as sampling for DR company's management and ordinary employees, it is concluded that knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, the present situation in the process of knowledge sharing and knowledge application. Using the theory of knowledge creation and knowledge boundary, this paper analyzes the problem of knowledge management of DR company's software outsourcing project. There is a lack of standardized and systematic treatment of knowledge within the organization, and the utilization rate of knowledge management system is low. Lack of knowledge boundary management across the organization. On the basis of the above analysis results, put forward scientific and effective improvement strategies and suggestions, including the participation of senior managers, and formulate the vision of knowledge management; attach importance to knowledge integration and improve the utilization rate of knowledge management system; strengthening cross-organizational knowledge boundary management, etc.。。。。。。以下内容略
