摘要 实训是高职教育的特色,实训基地的优劣对于高职教育来说占据着至关重要的地 位,越来越多的学校认识到,高职院校人才培养的效果是否符合市场需求和实训基地 建设的好坏有着直接关系。 本文针对 SXPI 物流管理学院实训基地建设进行可行性研究,目的在于让实训基 地建设更科学,减少盲目建设带来的损失,降低建设工程的风险,从而为日后 SXPI 的实训基地建设提供经验。文章从 SXPI 物流管理学院的实际出发,分析了物流管理 学院实训基地的现状和需求,立足物流学院现状分析了建设实训基地的必要性,并对 物流管理学院未来的发展趋势做了定量预测,基于物流管理学院现状及未来的发展趋 势提出了实训基地的建设规划方案,运用了工程经济学、统计学等多种学科的多个方 法对物流管理学院实训基地建设从经济可行性方面进行了分析和评价,通过定量的计 算,科学的得出建设实训基地是必要且经济可行的结论,文章又从实训基地在技术可 行性和管理可行性两方面对项目进行分析,针对实训基地建设的方案和每个实训室的 建设特点,从设备选择、供电选择、网络解决方案、环境保护等方面给出了技术方面 的解决办法,并且对工程建设的组织结构、工期安排、工程进度安排也做了详细说明, 运用了项目管理的方法,科学的计算了在预期的时间范围完成项目的概率为 95%以 上。文章针对建设工程中的风险进行了分析,识别了项目建设过程中各个环节存在的 风险,并对每个风险进行了估计,估计出每个风险的大小,给出了风险应对策略,对 建设方案执行具有参考价值,并且从多个方面对方案进行了评价,从而得出了方案整 体可行的结论。 本文综合运用多种项目管理的方法,定性和定量的方法结合,科学的分析了项目 的可行性,得出了该项目建设方案可行的结论。 关键词,高等学校,实训基地,可行性分析,风险分析,效果评价 IABSTRACT ABSTRACT Practical training is the characteristic of higher vocational education. The merits and demerits of practical training base play an important role in higher vocational education. More and more schools realize that, Whether the output of talent training in higher vocational colleges is in line with the market demand is directly related to the quality of the construction of the training base. The purpose of this paper is to make the training base construction more scientific, reduce the loss caused by blind construction, and decrease the risk of construction project. In order to provide referrence for the construction of SXPI training base in the future, This paper is mainly based on the reality of SXPI School of Logistics Management. analyzes the present situation and needs of the training base of the School of Logistics Management, Based on the status quo of Logistics Managementanalyzes the necessity of constructing the training base.and makes a quantitative prediction of the future development possibilities of the School of Logistics Management. In view of the present situation and future development trend of logistics management college, this paper puts forward the construction plan of training base, the paper analyzes and evaluates the economic feasibility of the construction of the training base of the Institute of Logistics Management by using the methods of engineering economics, statistics and other methods. Through quantitative calculation, it analyzes and evaluates the economic feasibility of the construction of the training base of the Institute of Logistics Management. It is necessary and feasible to build the training base scientifically. In chapter 5, finally, in view of the necessity, economy, technology, schedule arrangement, profitability and so on of the construction plan, the paper puts forward the comprehensive evaluation by using the knowledge of engineering economics through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The conclusion that the scheme is feasible as a whole is obtained. In Chapter 6, this paper mainly analyzes the risk in the construction project. Firstly, it identifies the risk in each link of the project construction, estimates each risk’s size, and gives the risk response strategy. It is valuable for the implementation of construction project. Second,evaluate the plan in many ways, draw a conclusion that the scheme is feasible as a whole.
