Generally speaking, the development of logistics parks in China is facing the problems of inadequate planning, inaccurate positioning, lagging infrastructure construction, inadequate service capacity and low level of green intelligence. Therefore, it is imperative to study the operation mode of logistics parks.. Firstly, this paper analyses the development status of logistics industry in Shaanxi Province and the country, and expounds the background and significance of studying SXDH Green Intelligent Logistics Park operation mode. The author combs the research status at home and abroad to provide the theoretical basis for the full text. Then it introduces the background and significance of SXDH Logistics Park construction, analyses the macro environment from policy, economy, society and technology, summarizes internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats. On this basis, it puts forward the function orientation, market orientation and customer orientation of the park, determines the operation mode and profit mode of the park, finally gives the general idea and strategy of the park operation, and formulates the overall operation plan, including the development mode; profit point, organization and management measures.
