长春市大学生足球联赛作为长春市高校体育文化生活的重要组成部分，其赛 制也在不断进行变革更新，使其逐渐向着更完善的方向发展，如何建立一个更完 善的联赛赛制就成了亟待解决的问题。联赛赛制的科学性和合理性是推动联赛不 断发展的重要因素，也是联赛存在、发展的原动力。一套完整而科学的竞赛制度 不但可以为参加比赛的队伍提供一个公平竞争及提高水平的平台，同时也是锻炼 提高选手运动水平以及培养优秀队员的途径之一。足球运动的人才储备以及人才 培养模式对一个国家整体足球水平而言是至关重要的。将高校体育教育与高水平 运动员的培养结合起来，使大学校园真正成为国家足球运动后备人才的蓄水池。 在长春大学生足球联赛中增加主客场制比赛，使参加比赛的每一所高校都有机会 在自己的学校进行比赛，更加有利于扩大各大高校之间的交流、沟通，丰富各大 高校校园文化生活，对发展校园足球运动、提升学校知名度及社会影响力非常有 利。 本文运用多种论证方法，对在长春市大学生足球联赛中设置主客场制的可行 性进行了深刻的研究和分析，认为现行的长春市大学生足球联赛赛制已经逐步形 成制度化。但是，现行赛制仍然存在着许多问题，比如联赛影响范围小，参赛队 伍水平差距较大；赛事没能联接各级别联赛，没能建全“小学、初中、高中、大 学”四级联赛机制，形成“小学—中学—大学”足球人才培养系统；宣传力度不 足，尽管社会影响力在不断提高，但是提高幅度大不，从而制约了长春大学生足 球联赛的进一步普及与发展。针对上述问题，对现行赛制进行改进和完善，加入 主客场制以适应当前联赛发展的要求进行一系列认证，以达到进一步提高长春市 大学生足球联赛的普及度及影响力。 关键词，足球 高校 主客场制 赛制 联赛II Abstract City of Changchun University Football League as the Changchun City universities sports culture an important part of life, its format is also the ongoing transformation update, which gradually moves towards a more perfect development, how to build a more perfect League became the problem that solves urgently.
