摘要 石油产业是国民经济的支柱性产业,一直以来有着国民经济的血液之称, 它的发展与整个国民经济的发展息息相关,正因为如此,石油产业的发展变化 值得我们高度关注。近年来,随着经济的迅猛发展,中国对石油的需求增速领 先于其他新兴市场以及世界其他地区。同时,在与国际石油市场的接轨过程中, 我国成品油市场的格局发生了巨大的变化。因此,加油站已经成为了国内成品 油企业和国外大型跨国石油公司竞相争夺的高地,这对于国内的成品油企业而 言,要保持其原有的成品油市场份额的难度就大大加大了,不扩大其下游的销 售终端渠道就难以强化其竞争力,也就难以保持我国石油能源企业的竞争优势 地位。 本报告以A公司南昌DC加油站建设的可行性为研究对象和研究内容,在综 述项目可行性研究理论的基础上,分析了 DC加油站建设项目的背景和设计方 案,提出实施该项目的改进措施。本文着重对加油站建设的市场研究、技术研 究、经济效益研究等进行了较为系统的研究,提出了相应的建议以指导该项目 的实施。同时,在研究过程中,注重对实践的指导性和应用性,提出的方法和手 段具有较强的实用性,本文中所列举的控制方法和手段,不仅可以在今后实施 的其他相关项目中得到应用,而且对同类行业的相关项目的实施具有较好的借 鉴意义。 关键词:加油站;建设;可行性研究 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Fossil oil industry is a pillar of national economy; it has long been the blood vessel of national economy. The development of national economy is closely related to that of fossil oil, so the development and change of fossil oil deserve our attention. With the rapid development of the economy, China's increasing need for fossil oil is taking the lead of other emerged markets and other parts of the world. At the same time, in the process of integrating with the world oil market, the structure of our refined oil market has been changed. Oil depot has been the competition focus for both domestic oil companies and foreign large multinational oil companies. For the domestic oil companies, the difficulty to keep the original market share of the refined oil is increasing, let alone not to expand its downstream sales channels, which would be difficult to keep the competitive advantage position. The paper takes the feasibility of building A company Nanchang DC oil depot as the study object and content. Based on the feasibility theory summary, it analyzes the background and designing scheme of DC oil depot, and then proposes the improvement measures to carry out this project. The paper focuses on the systemic study of market research, technology research, and economic efficiency research, and proposes the corresponding suggestions to guide the implement of the project. Meanwhile, in the process of study, the paper lays stress on guidance and applicability of practice, the approaches and means it proposes are practical, the control methods and means list in the paper can not only been applied to other related projects, but also has a better significance for related projects in the same industry.
