虽然经过多年的发展,国内工业软件企业由于受各方面的制约,当前大多企业仍然 是中小型规模企业。对于这些中小工业软件企业来说,人才是企业发展的根本保障。特 别是核心人员,是企业核心竞争能力最重要的因素之一,属于中小工业软件企业的战略 性核心资源。如果核心员工流失,对企业的打击将有可能是致命的。E 软件公司作为一 个初创型的工业软件企业,企业内部的核心人才的价值是企业最核心的资产。由于企业 发展中仍处于自身实力较弱、抗风险能力低、持续发展的稳定性较差的阶段,企业如何 优化激励制度并有效实施,能否吸引优秀人才、留住优秀人才,并持续激发人才的创造 力助力企业不断的向前发展,是 E 软件公司当前面对的众多问题中最重要的一个。 本论文主题围绕着中小工业软件企业核心员工激励机制的构建,根据中外已有的各 种研究成果,运用理论与实践相结合的方法,以 E 工业软件初创公司为案例,针对企业 核心员工在激励实践中出现的问题,从该公司的核心员工特点和需求特征研究入手,结 合行业特性和企业所处的阶段,分析这种类型公司的行业特性、核心员工的构成、人员 特点等,基于传统的激励方法基础之上,针对性提出实施激励的原则、模式和具体的激 励策略。从薪酬、个人发展、长期激励和文化激励等方面提出符合 E 软件公司核心员工 的激励方案。通过重视和解决企业核心员工的激励问题,充分发挥核心员工的主观能动 性和创造性,促进 E 软件公司激励机制的不断优化改善,助力企业快速发展。 关键词,工业软件企业 初创期 核心员工 员工持股 企业文化II Abstract Over years’ development, most industrial software enterprises are still small and medium-sized in China due to various constraints. For these small and medium-sized industrial software enterprises, talents are the basic guarantee for the development of enterprises. Especially the core employees are one of the most important factors of their core competitiveness and they are the strategic core resources of small and medium-sized industrial software enterprises. If core employees leave, it will be fatal to these enterprises. As a start-up industrial software enterprise, the value of core talents within the E enterprise is the core assets of the enterprise. As the enterprise is in a stage of weak strength, low risk resistance and poor stability, E company most important one that is facing many problems, such as how to optimize the incentive system and implement it effectively, whether to attract and retain outstanding talents, and continue to stimulate the creativity of talents to help enterprises continue to develop. This paper focused on the construction of incentive mechanism for core employees of small and medium-sized industrial software enterprises. According to the existing research results at home and abroad, this paper used the method of combining theory with practice and studied E Industrial Software Startup Company as an example. Aiming at the problems of the core employee in incentive practice, it started from the characteristics of core employees and demand characteristics of the company and analyzed the industrial characteristics, core staff composition and the characteristics of the employee by combining with industry characteristics and the stage of the enterprise. Based on the traditional incentive methods, the paper put forward the principles, modes and specific incentive strategies for the implementation of incentives. This paper proposed incentive schemes for core employees of E Software Company from salary, personal development, long-term incentive and cultural incentive. By attaching importance to and solving the incentive problems of core employees, it can give full play to the subjective initiative and creativity of core employees, promote the continuous optimization and improvement of incentive mechanism of E software company, and help the rapid development of the enterprise.
