轿车用稀土永磁发电机项目可行性研究 自加入 WTO 后,世界著名汽车零部件公司也纷纷进入中国合资或独资生 产。由于汽车发电机是汽车动力系统中的重要配套部件,是汽车不可缺少的关 键部件,其性能优良程度直接是汽车技术先进性的重要标志之一,所以汽车电 机是市场激烈竞争的重点产品之一。汽车电机产品势必要由原来传统产品向着 功能更好、性能更可靠、寿命更长、体积更小、重量更轻、比功更大,新材料、 新工艺应用更广泛,科技含量更高的方向发展。 目前,国内汽车发电机多为硅整流发电机,这种发电机存在如下不足:一 是励磁绕组安装在转子上,相应地配有碳刷、滑环等,使电机体积大、故障率 高、寿命短;二是通过调节励磁绕组中的电流实现调压,相应地产生励磁绕组 电弧能量,使相匹配的电压调节器结构复杂、功耗大。轿车发电机国内现在多 为铁氧体永磁发电机,这种发电机也有着明显的缺点:铁氧体永磁材料剩磁感 应强度不高,虽然比功较传统发电机高,但仍大大低于稀土永磁发电机。一汽 辽源汽车电器制造有限公司(以下简称辽源汽电公司)采用与高等院校合作开 发研究的途径,走引进消化吸收和自主开发创新相结合的道路,紧跟市场对产 品更新换代的步伐,满足轿车技术发展和配套要求,从而增强企业竞争力。为 此,辽源汽电公司与哈尔滨工业大学联合,经多年研究开发,取得了突破性成 果,研制成功稀土永磁减发电机。该新产品被评为吉林省优秀新产品一等奖, 并通过了吉林省经济委员会组织的新产品新技术的投产鉴定、国家汽车质量监 督检测中心的检验及一汽轿车股份有限公司的试用。本文通过论证和可行性研 究,该产品已完全可以替代进口,达到全面实现轿车电机国产化的要求,并且 可以参与国际市场竞争。 关键词: 稀土永磁,发电机,可行性研究III Abstract Project of Rare Earth Permanent Magne Generators for Cars Feasibility Study Afte joining the WTO, the world's leading auto parts companies have also entered the Chinese joint ventures or wholly-owned production. Currently, the domestic automobile generator mostly rectifier generator, this generator there are shortcomings: First, install the rotor field winding, corresponding with a carbon brush, slip ring, so that the motor size, high failure rate, life is short; the second is by adjusting the field winding of the current regulator to achieve the corresponding arc energy to produce the excitation winding, magnitude and angle matching the complex structure of the voltage regulator, power consumption. Generating domestic car now mostly ferrite permanent magnet generator, the generator also has significant disadvantages: remanent flux density ferrite magnet material is not high, although higher than the power than conventional generators, but still significantly lower in rare earth permanent magnet generator. FAW Liaoyuan Automobile Electrical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liaoyuan steam and electricity companies) adopt cooperation with institutions of higher educationIV research and development approach, take the introduction of absorption and self-development and innovation of combining road, keeping the pace of replacement of the product market, and supporting the development of car technology to meet the requirements, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. To this end, Liaoyuan Automobile Power Company jointly with Harbin Institute of Technology, after years of research and development, to achieve breakthrough results, by the successful development of rare earth permanent magnet generator. The new product was awarded first prize for outstanding new products in Jilin Province, Jilin Province Economic Committee by the organization of production new products and technologies identified, the National Automobile Quality Supervision and Inspection and Testing Center of FAW Car Co. trial. In this paper, demonstration and feasibility studies, the product has been completely replace imported, to the full realization of the requirements of domestic motor cars, and can compete in international markets.
