I 摘要 在互联网+的时代背景下,大数据已成为一项基础性战略资源。地质大数据建设成 为了地勘行业转型发展的重要支撑,是探索实现地质资源向地质经济转化的重要途径。 本文在分析国内外相关研究成果的基础上,从地质大数据特点与发展趋势出发,对大数 据背景下地质信息化问题进行探索与研究。以 S 地调院为研究对象,通过访谈调查的形 式,对其在转型发展中地质信息化建设现状进行剖析。围绕解决研究对象在信息化建设 过程中存在的基础设施薄弱、资源分散、数据发掘不足、应用服务科研落后、制度标准 不健全等问题,提出了地质大数据建设总体方案。面向政府决策、科学研究、企业服务 和公众需求,依托大数据、云计算、人工智能等新一代信息技术,以激活、盘活、用活 软硬件及数据资源为原则,以实现高效共享和精准服务为目标,以标准和制度建设为抓 手,以安全体系建设为保障,消除数字鸿沟,整合共享地质数据资源。方案设计包括基 础设施、大数据中心、地质信息产品体系、应用服务体系、安全与保障体系五个方面建 设,重点构建成矿预测地质云、地质环境云、地质遗迹云、城市地质云、地下水资源云、 地热资源云、农业地质云等系列应用服务,以期实现传统地质调查与大数据的创新融合, 为解决城市规划、环境治理、地热能利用、灾害防治等问题提供区域地质调查资料与决 策依据。本文以地质环境云建设为实例,验证了方案可行性。作为全国首例,地质环境 云即将上线运行,预期研究的工作目标基本达到,实现了生产、学习、研究相结合的目 的和应用效果。 关键词:地质大数据, 建设方案, 信息化, 应用服务体系西北大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT In the era of Internet Plusbig ,big data has become a fundamental strategic resources. Large geological data construction has become an important support, the development of the geological exploration industry transformation is to geological exploration geological resources important way of economic transformation. Based on the analysis of domestic and overseas related research achievements, in accordance with the characteristics and development trends of geological big data , the paper conducted the exploration and research about geology informatization issues against big data background. In S geological research institute as the research object, through the form of interview survey, in the transformation of developing geological analysis of the present situation and problems of informatization construction. Resolving the research object in the process of informatization construction of infrastructure is weak, scattered resources, inadequate data mining backward, application services, scientific research, such problems as imperfect system standard, put forward the geological data construction overall plan.For government decision-making, scientific research, enterprise services and public needs, relying on next-generation information technologies such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, etc., to activate, revitalize, use live hardware and software and data resources as the principle to achieve efficient sharing and accurate services. As the goal, we will focus on standards and system construction, safeguard the construction of the security system, eliminate the digital divide, and integrate and share geological data resources. The project design includes five aspects: infrastructure, big data center, geological information product system, application service system, safety and security system, focusing on the construction of ore-predicting geological cloud, geological environment cloud, geological relic cloud, urban geological cloud, groundwater resources. A series of application services such as cloud, geothermal resource cloud and agricultural geological cloud, in order to realize the integration of traditional geological survey and big data innovation, and provide regional geological survey data and decision-making basis for solving urban planning, environmental governance, geothermal energy utilization, disaster prevention and other issues.In this paper, through the construction of geological environment in the cloud instance, verify the feasibility plan.
