- I - 摘要 本文根据当前 SD 公司班组员工绩效考评的实际情况分析,找出 SD 公司关于 班组员工绩效考评方面存在的问题,分析问题产生的原因,基于此重新设计了相对 完善的绩效考评方案,希望能够借此加强班组员工的绩效考评管理,激励班组员工 的积极性,使员工的思想和行为始终与公司目标相一致,为公司降本增效、提高持 续竞争力打下坚实基础。 第一,针对当前电力行业现状提出了课题研究的背景和研究的意义,分析当前 国内、外关于国有企业班组员工绩效考评的现状,分析班组员工绩效考评的意义, 并就考核评价的有关理论进行了阐述和分析。 第二,进行 SD 公司员工绩效考评现状问卷调查,总结分析 SD 公司班组员工 绩效考评调查结果,并找出 SD 公司班组员工绩效考评中存在的问题和原因。 第三,重新设计了 SD 公司对班组员工的绩效考核评价方案。并通过本人所在 班组作为试验单位进行试行,进一步分析该方案的实施可执行性。 最后,总结该方案在实际实施过程中出现的问题,并就如何巩固和确保该方案 的有效推广进行了保障措施的分析。通过制度、企业文化等方面的建设,加强 SD 公司班组员工绩效考评实施的效果。 关键词,SD 公司;班组员工;利益相关者;绩效考评燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract Based on the analysis of the actual situation of the performance appraisal of the team employees in SD Company, this paper finds out the problems existing in the performance appraisal of the team employees in SD Company, analyses the causes of the problems, and redesigns the relatively perfect performance appraisal scheme based on this, hoping to strengthen the performance appraisal management of the team employees, stimulate the enthusiasm of the team employees, and make the staff think. Want and behavior are always consistent with the company's objectives, and lay a solid foundation for the company to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and improve sustained competitiveness. Firstly, according to the current situation of the electric power industry, the background and significance of the research are put forward, and the current situation of the performance appraisal of the state-owned enterprise team staff at home and abroad is analyzed, the significance of the performance appraisal of the team staff is analyzed, and the relevant theories of the appraisal and evaluation are elaborated and analyzed. Secondly, conduct a questionnaire survey on the current situation of SD employees'performance appraisal, summarize and analyze the results of SD employees' performance appraisal survey, and find out the problems and reasons in SD employees'performance appraisal. Thirdly, we redesigned the performance appraisal scheme of SD Company for team employees. And through my team as a pilot unit for trial implementation, further analysis of the actual implementation of the program. Finally, the paper summarizes the problems in the actual implementation of the scheme, and makes an analysis on how to consolidate and ensure the effective promotion of the scheme. Through the construction of system, enterprise culture and other aspects, we can strengthen the effect of the implementation of SD's team performance appraisal.
