随着巴彦县地区经济发展和城市化进程的加快,对水资源的需求提出了更高的 要求,原有水源地的供水能力已不能满足该县经济和社会发展的需求。因此加强城 市地下水资源的管理与保护,切实加强和改进城市供水、节水和污水防治、合理开 发和利用地下水资源工作,使水资源更好地为城市国民经济和社会发展服务,促进 社会经济的可持续发展,已经成为巴彦县当前急需解决的问题。 城市后备水源地的评价、建设、合理开发及有效管理是促进城市健康发展、带 动地域经济可持续健康发展、促进地区社会稳定和政治生活稳定的基本条件和有力 保障。 在前人科研、生产工作的基础上,坚持野外水文地质调查与理论研究并重,区 域地下水的开发利用与社会经济持续发展并重。补充完成了水文地质测绘与调查、 水文地质物探、水文地质钻探及抽水试验、水位观测及水质分析等实物工作量,采 用直线图解法、水位恢复法、全程曲线拟合法综合准确地确定地下水的水文地质参 数,从而保证了地下水资量和水质分析、评价和计算的准确性。 拟建巴彦县第三水源地地处河流阶地及漫滩,水文地质条件良好,地下水 水质较好,含水层主要由松散的砂、砂砾石层组成,地下水补给充沛,属于地 下水较丰富地段;初步计算分析表明,水源地分析范围(270km 2 )内,地下水 补给量与排泄基本平衡;经 Q~S 线性回归、干扰井群法、开采水位降深预测法综 合分析表明,扣除附近开采量及其未来增量后,拟建第三水厂水源地开采量 30000 m 3 /d 有较可靠的保证,即满足供水水源地建设的要求。 建议尽快开展水文地质详查工作,重点开展抽水试验、弥散试验等水文地 质试验,获取实际的水文地质参数;建立地下水长期观测井并进行地下水水位、 水量、水温和水质的长期监测,获取地下水环境监测数据;结合勘察成果,建 立水源地地下水数值模拟模型,进行不同开采方案地下水位变化及水质变化趋 势预报。 通过查明巴彦县拟建地下水水源地及其相关地区水文地质条件,进行勘查区地 下水资源评价,为确定饮用水水源地的地理位置、水源地类型、合理使用,提出地II 关键词, 新建饮水水源地 水文地质调查 地下水资源评价 地下水的开发利用 可行性研究 下水开发利用方案,为水源地建设、利用、管理提供科学依据。III Abstract With the development and urbanization process accelerated of Bayan County, the demand on water resources put forward higher requirements, the original water source of water supply capacity can not meet the needs of the County's economic and social development. Strengthening management and protection of groundwater resources in the city, and earnestly strengthen and improve urban water supply, water conservation and waste water control, rational development and utilization of underground work. The current pressing issue of Bayan County is the water resource to better serve national economic and social development of the city, to promote socio-economic development. Reserve water source of the city, construction and its rational development and effective management is to promote the healthy development of the city, driving regional economic sustainable development, the promotion of social stability and political stability and guarantee the basic conditions of life. Our predecessors on the basis of scientific research, production, adhere to the hydro-geological investigation and research in the field, development and utilization of regional groundwater and sustainable socio-economic development. Supplementary hydrogeological mapping and survey was completed, hydro-geological, geophysical, hydro-geological, hydrogeological drilling and pumping test observation and analysis of water quality. Using the linear graphic method, the recovery method, the whole curve-fitting method for integrated hydrogeological parameters for accurate determination of the groundwater, thus ensuring the quality of groundwater and water quality analysis, evaluation and accuracy of calculations. Bayan third water source is located in river terraces and diffuse Beach, have favorable hydrological geological conditions and groundwater quality. Loose sand, gravel and rock make up the aquifer, groundwater supply is plentiful. Preliminary analysis shows that there is a balance between groundwater recharge and discharge in water analysis area (270km2). After deducting the production and future increases in the vicinity, the third water source 30000 m3/d water withdrawal and they have a reliable guarantee, construction of water requirement is met, using the method of Q~S group method, linear regression, interfere with underground mining drawdown of water level forecast. Recommends carried out hydrological geological details check work as soon as possible, especially gets actual of hydrological geological parameter through hydrological geological test, such as pumping test, diffusion test. Established groundwater long-term observation well to get the groundwater level, water quantity, water temperature and water quality data. Combine with survey results, build water groundwater numerical simulation model to forecast groundwater level and water quality change under different exploitation conditions. Through the identification groundwater headwater region and the hydrogeological conditions in Bayan County, conduct evaluation of groundwater resources. Proposed groundwater exploitation proposal to determine the location of drinking headwater region, types of water sources and rational use.
