作为能源消耗大国,我国的自然资源的基本特点是富煤、贫油、 少气,煤炭资源在我国的一次性能源中占有重要地位。我国的煤 炭储量位于全球第二,是世界上最大的煤炭开采国和消费国。如 何高效、清洁地使用煤炭资源,是我国长期的战略发展目标及方 向,也是我国可持续发展政策的主要内容。 化学工业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,煤炭是其主要原 料。作为煤化工产业的核心部分,煤气化技术是将煤炭转化成气 体化工原料的工艺过程。 本文就普惠洛克达因公司(PWR)开发的一项革命性的先进煤 气化技术展开讨论,对其在中国市场上的可行性进行分析研究。 本文的主体分为三个部分,中国煤气化技术市场的需求及发 展、PWR 煤气化技术的技术可行性及 PWR 煤气化技术的经济合 理性。 在中国煤气化技术市场的需求与发展部分,本文通过应用 PEST 模型、波特五力模型等市场分析工具,从中国煤气化技术的 外部环境及内部环境进行讨论;在 PWR 煤气化技术的技术可行 性部分及经济合理性部分,本文通过将 PWR 煤气化技术与中国 市场现行的两种主要的煤气化技术(Shell 煤气化技术及 Texaco 煤气化技术)进行比较分析,从煤气化技术的主要选择因素及选择成 本方面展开讨论。 最后,本文通过总结在市场、技术、经济三个方面的分析, 利用 SWOT 模型,得出结论,并对 PWR 煤气化技术在中国市场 的发展给出参考性意见。 关键词,煤气化,干粉泵,可行性研究FEASIBILITY STUDY OF PWR GASIFICATION TECHNOLOGY IN CHINA ABSTRACT As a large energy consumption country, the characteristics of China’s natural sources can be summarized as rich of coal, lack of oil and short of gas. Coal takes an important part of China’s one-off resources. China is both of the largest coal exploration and the largest consumption country in the world with the second largest coal reservation. How to use coal in a more effective and cleaner way is the China’s long-term strategic development target. Chemical industry is one of the most important parts of China’s economic and coal is its main raw material. Coal gasification technology is the process to transfer coal to gas raw materials for many other industries and is the core part of the coal chemical industry. Based on a revolutionary advanced gasification technology, which is developed by Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, this thesis will analysis and study on the feasibility of its launch in China’s market. The analysis part contains three sessions: the need and developmentof coal gasification technology in Chinese market, technical feasibility and economic rationality of PWR gasification technology. In the first session, the thesis will use PEST model and Porter 5 forces model as analysis tools to discuss the situation from both external and internal environment of the gasification technology market in China. In the second and third session, the thesis will make comparisons among the PWR gasification technology and other two main current ones (Shell gasification technology and Texaco gasification technology) in the market from both technical and economic aspects. At last, the thesis provides conclusions and suggestions for the feasibility of PWR gasification technology launched in China by summarizing the analysis from the market, technology and economics aspects with SWOT model.
