Z公司是规模和实力居市场领先地位的现代物流企业,随着近年来传统货代 市场竞争加剧,利润空间不断被挤压,甚至不少船东也设立物流部门,使得原 本竞争激烈的市场雪上加霜。在此背景下,Z公司探索让无船承运人业务作为企 业转型的抓手,但Z公司无船承运人业务近年来业务发展缓慢,利润贡献低。Z 公司如何摆脱无船承运人发展缓慢的困境,研宄通过无船承运人能力提升实现 企业绩效的改善对于企业发展显得尤为重要。 本文研宄的内容基于Z公司当下发展中迫切的困境和业务实践,针对Z物 流公司无船承运能力存在的问题,基于SCP模型的应用,构建企业能力和企业 绩效的关系模型,运用结构方程的方法,得出企业能力和企业绩效之间的量化 的结论,并给出提升此项能力的解决路径。 第一部分,研宄背景介绍首先阐述现阶段无船承运人这项业务模式发展不 平衡呈现两极化发展现状,其次阐述Z公司此项业务发展缓慢,是因为能力存 在缺失。然后通过SCP模型研宄能力和绩效的关系解决企业能力提升的问题。 在理论基础和研究现状部分,介绍无船承运人的概念、发展沿革、主要研 宄领域等研宄情况介绍。二是企业能力理论的发展沿革和理论解决过的问题。 三是SCP模型的演进和曾经用来解决过的问题。 第二部分,通过Z公司无船承运人业务开展现状,并根据现状找出企业能力 存在问题。 第三部分,基于SCP范式,通过模型假设设计出模型的结构,并确定模型要 素,用结构方程的方法计算得出各项影响因素的路径系数,并分析每项结果对于 绩效的贡献情况。 第四部分,在第三章模型基础上,根据对标企业设定未来发展的利润目标反 推要实现此目标,在企业能力应该如何提升,能力的研宄主要以单一要素提升 和两两相关同时提升的两种方式分别进行研宄。并通过对成本合算,找出能力 对当下企业发展成本相对较低且效益最高的能力提升路径[1]。并结合结论给出企 业的措施和改革建议。 第五部分,最后简述研究不足并对未来研宄进行展望。 关键词:无船承运人;企业能力;SCP方程 V ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Zlogisticsisamodemlogisticsenterprise,whichisthelargestthirdparty logisticsenterpriseinChina.Withtheintensificationofcompetitioninthetraditional freightforwardingmarketinrecentyears,somelargestate-ownedenterprisesand smalltomedium-sizedfreightforwarderscontinuouslysqueezedtheprofitmargins, quiteafewshipownersalsosetupthelogisticsdepartmentstryingtoextendtwo-end logisticsservices,whichmakingtheoriginalcompetitivemarketworse.Insuch circumstances,ZcompanyexploresthetransformationofenterprisesthroughNVOCC business.However,itdevelopsslowlyanditsbusinessvolumeisrelativelysmall.Z companyhowtogetridoftheslowdevelopmentofNVOCC,itisparticularly importantforthedevelopmentofenterprisestostudyhowtoimprovetheperformance ofNVOCCbyimprovingitsbusinesscapability. BasedontheurgentdilemmaandbusinesspracticeinZcompany'scurrent development,aimingattheproblemsexistinginZlogisticscompany'snon-vessel carryingbusinessability,thispaperconstructstherelationshipmodelbetween enterprisecapabilityandenterpriseperformancebasedontheapplicationofSCP model.Usingthemethodofstructuralequation,thequantitativeconclusionbetween enterprisecapabilityandenterpriseperformanceisdrawn,andthesolutiontoenhance thiscapabilityisgiven.Route. Inthefirstpart,thebackgroundoftheresearchisintroduced.Firstly,the unbalanceddevelopmentofNVOCC'sbusinessmodelatthisstagepresentsapolarized developmentstatus.Secondly,theslowdevelopmentofZcompany^businessisdueto thelackofbusinesscapacity.Then,therelationshipbetweenbusinesscompetenceand performanceisstudiedbySCPmodeltosolvetheproblemofimprovingenterprise competence. Inthepartoftheoreticalbasisandresearchstatus,theconcept,developmentand mainresearchfieldsofNVOCCareintroduced.Thesecondistheevolutionofthe theoryofenterprisecompetenceandtheproblemsithassolved.Third,theevolutionof SCPmodelandtheproblemsthathavebeenusedtosolve. Thesecondpart,throughZcompanyNVOCCbusinessdevelopmentstatus,and accordingtothestatusquotofindouttheexistingproblemsofenterprisecapacity.
