I 摘要 互联网的快速普及以及计算机高新技术在各个领域的成功应用,为企业的发展提 供了极大的便利,传统的医疗器械行业也在社会的不断发展变革以及国家政策的引导 中,寻求运用更合适的流程来实施更适合的软件系统,促进业务标准化管理。 本文以中型医疗器械企业 AX 公司为例,使用文献法进行理论分析归纳,通过问 卷调查法、访谈法探索企业在使用信息管理软件处理业务时存在的诸如业务效率不高、 软件不能满足政策需要、系统维护及培训维护不完善、功能不健全等问题。结合企业 信息化发展的现状对问题成因逐一进行剖析,问题症结主要在现有系统前期实施过程 中业务流程设计不规范、软件选型不合理、系统优化培训欠缺、需求分析不到位等方 面,根据问题的原因分析 AX 公司实施 ERP 系统的可行性与必要性。为更好的解决 业务中存在的问题,文章对 AX 公司 ERP 系统实施的流程进行了设计,从公司实际 出发,包括项目启动阶段的团队组建、目标确定、需求分析,实施规划阶段的软件选 型、项目风险防范,系统正常的业务流程设计以及医疗器械经营中会遇到的回库双向 物流模式设计,系统实施上线前期准备,一期、二期系统上线的模块及功能,以及 ERP 系统上线运行后需要优化的功能。针对系统实施流程提出了人员引进、资金投入、 制度建立、培训强化方面的保障措施。 ERP 系统的实施与运行,能够有效满足国家政策、业务需求、全局管控等 AX 公 司业务发展需求,实施流程的设计是成功的重要部分,通过对 AX 公司 ERP 系统实 施流程探索,希望能够为存在类似问题及业务状况的中型医疗器械企业提供一定的参 考价值。 关键词,医疗器械, ERP 系统,实施流程,业务流程ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT The rapid popularization of the Internet and the successful application in all fields of computer, provides great convenience for the development of enterprises. In the continuous development of social change and national policy guidance, the traditional medical equipment industries also seek to do business management by system management information software which more professional and more systematic. This paper takes AX company, a medium-sized medical device enterprise, as an example, By means of questionnaire survey and discussion, this paper explores the problems existing in the use of information management software in business processing. The problems mainly focus on the low efficiency of business, the inability of software to meet policy needs, the imperfection of system maintenance, the lack of training, and the unsound functions. Combined with the current situation of enterprise informatization development, the existing problems were analyzed, mainly due to non-standard business process design, unreasonable software selection, lack of system optimization training, and inadequate demand analysis in the process of system implementation. Based on the causes of the problems, the feasibility and necessity of implementing ERP system in AX company were explored. Given the importance of the ERP system implementation of AX company business, the article AX ERP system implementation process to carry on the design, from the company, including project start-up phase of the team form, goal determination,requirements analysis, implementation the planning stage of the software selection, project risk prevention, normal system business process design and medical equipment business will meet back to the library in the two-way logistics mode design, system implementation on-line preparation, first and second phase of the module and function of the system on-line, and ERP system need optimization function after running. In view of the system implementation process, the guarantee measures of personnel introduction, capital investment, system establishment and training strengthening are put forward. The success of the ERP system implementation and operation, can effectively meet the demand of national policy, business, global control and other aspects of demands , the implementation of the process design and process control is a key for success, through exploring process for AX ERP system implementation, we hope to provide certain reference value for medium sized medical equipment companies about similar problems西北大学硕士学位论文 IV and conditions.
