I 安华城建鄄城项目进度管理研究 摘要 项目进度管理是工程管理中的重要内容,是确保项目按期完成、 合理优化资源供应、节约项目成本的重要环节。本文旨在利用项目进 度管理的基本原理和方法,以安华城建鄄城产业园钢结构项目作为研 究对象,对实际的工程项目的进度管理进行应用研究,以提高项目进 度科学管理水平。 论文对项目进度管理有关的研究现状和理论成果进行梳理,在此 基础上,汲取有用的理论和方法,以安华城建鄄城产业园钢结构项目 作为研究案例进行深入探究。首先,阐述鄄城产业园钢结构项目的基 本概况,并从项目组织管理、制度管理、材料管理和质量管理等方面 对项目进度管理现状进行分析,发现鄄城产业园钢结构项目进度管理 中存在计划进度与实际进度存在偏差、项目进度与工期质量存在矛盾、 组织管理不合理、进度管理规范性不足等问题;其次,重新编制了鄄 城产业园钢结构项目进度计划,借助于模糊综合分析确定项目总工期 的基础上,利用 WBS 分析方法对项目进行分解,然后基于灰色关联度 对鄄城项目的关键路径进行了识别,并制定了项目的进度计划;然后, 制定了项目进度的控制方案,包括建立项目进度控制体系、对项目实 施动态监控,并定期对项目误差进行调整;最后,从组织、制度、人 员、技术等方面提出进度计划和进度控制方案的保障措施。 通过应用研究,发现了安华城建鄄城项目进度管理中存在的问题 并及时解决问题,有利于鄄城产业园项目按照计划进行顺利完成,在 经济效益上和综合管理水平上都取得良好效果。 关键词:工程项目;进度管理;关键路径;灰色关联度ABSTRACT II RESEARCH ON PROJECT SCHEDULING MANAGEMENT OF JUANCHENG BUILDING OF ANHUA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ABSTRACT Project scheduling management is a significant part of project management. It is an important link to ensure that the project is completed on schedule, optimize resource supply rationally and save project cost. The purpose of this paper is to make use of the basic principles and methods of project progress management, and take Juancheng Industrial Park steel structure project of Anhua Construction Company as the research object, to study the application of the actual project progress management, so as to improve the scientific management level of project progress. This paper deals with the research status and theoretical results of project schedule management. On this basis, it draws useful theories and methods, and takes Juancheng Industrial Park steel structure project of Anhua Construction as a case study to conduct in-depth exploration. Firstly, the basic situation of steel structure project in Juancheng Industrial Park is described, and the current situation of project progress management is analyzed from the aspects of project organization management, system management, material management and quality management. It is found that there are deviations between planned progress and actual progress, contradictions between project progress and construction period quality, unreasonable organization and management, etc. Secondly, the schedule plan of steel structure project of Juancheng Industrial Park is redesigned, based on the determination of the total time limit of the project by means of fuzzy comprehensive analysis, WBS analysis method is used to decompose the project, then the critical path of Juancheng project is identified based on grey relational degree, and the schedule of the project is formulated. The control scheme of project progress includes the establishment of project progress control system, the implementation of dynamic monitoring of the project, and the regular adjustment of project errors. Finally, the guarantee measures of the progress plan and the progress control scheme are put forward from the aspects of organization, system, personnel and technology. Through the application research, the problems existing in the schedule management of Anhua Construction Project are found and solved in time, which is conducive to the successful completion of the project in accordance with the plan andABSTRACT III achieves good economic benefits and comprehensive management level.
