近年来,传统制造业行业中兴起了服务型制造转型的浪潮,作为新型制造模式,服 务型制造是基于制造的服务,是基于服务的制造,因为其适应当下我国供给侧结构改革 和发展模式的调整而逐渐成为制造业企业改革转型的目标之一。本文以 DH 公司为对象, 针对 DH 公司服务型制造转型的路径及措施等问题进行研究。本文的研究对 DH 公司这类 传统装备制造业企业如何结合自身特点逐步由传统制造向服务型制造转型具有重要的 现实意义。 本文内容包括五部分,首先对当前经济环境及制造业企业转型的背景进行描述,提 出 DH 公司服务型制造转型的意义和需要面对的问题并简单阐述了解决问题的思路。其 次通过对服务型制造的定义以及基本要素的论述和研究,认为服务型制造是制造与服务 相互融合而产生的新型制造模式。制造业企业通过优化生产运营组织方式,将其产业中 心加工制造环节向价值链两端的设计研发及销售等服务型环节延伸,不断增加服务要素 在投入和产出中的比重,从而实现单一制造产品向“制造+服务”转型,从单纯出售产 品向出售“产品+服务”转变,继而实现更大的盈利目标。服务型制造与传统制造在价 值链增值环节、需求满足方式、供应链组织方式和生产运作方法 4 个方面都有所区别。 传统制造业企业向服务型制造企业转型大致可以通过文中论述的“以产品效能提升为基 础的第三方服务模式”等 4 种模式实现。再次,对 DH 公司现状及相关环境进行分析, 通过相关理论论述及对 DH 自身情况、宏观环境及企业自身相关环境进行分析论述,总 结出企业自身发展服务型制造的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,结合对用户服务型制造的市 场需求分析得出企业转型服务型制造的市场定位。然后,在此基础上,提出了“一条主 线带动,坚持走‘多环节并联式’发展的道路”服务型制造转型实施路径。最后,就实 施路径的实施现状和发展进行论述并给出了一定的建议。本文的最终结论部分指出 DH 公司服务转型必须坚持的路径,希望能够对企业发展有所帮助。 关键词,服务型制造;传统制造业转型;服务+产品- II - The Format Criterion of Master’s Degree Paper of DUT Abstract In recent years, the traditional manufacturing industry in the rise of the tide of the service- oriented manufacturing transformation, as a new manufacturing mode, a service-oriented manufacturing is based on manufacturing services, is based on the service of manufacturing, because it’s to adapt to the present our country reform and development of supply side structure pattern adjustment and gradually become one of the goals of the enterprise reform and trans- formation of manufacturing. Starting with a description of the current economic environment and the transformation of the manufacturing industry, and the idea of the meaning and the problems that we need to face in the context of the DH service model and the problems that we need to face, and the idea of solving the problem. Secondly, the service type manufacturing is considered to be a new manu- facturing mode resulting from the mutual integration of the manufacturing and service through the definition of service type manufacturing and the discussion and research of the basic elements. Manufacturing enterprise through optimizing production operation organization, its processing and manufacturing industry center link of the value chain at the ends of the design research and development and sales service links such as stretching, continuously increase the proportion of service elements in the input and output, from sell the product to sell the product + services, then to achieve greater profit target. Service-oriented manufacturing is different from traditional manufacturing in value chain, demand satisfaction mode, supply chain organization mode and production operation method. Again, and related environment carries on the analysis about the present situation of DH Company. In the end, the present and the development of the path and the development of the process and the suggestion. The final conclusion of this paper points to the way that the DH service transformation has to be determined, and hopefully it can help with the development of the enterprise.
