我国于 2006 年 7 月正式引进空手道项目，经过近 11 年的快速发展，目前中 国空手道队已在亚洲乃至世界空手道舞台上大放异彩，培养出李红，尹笑言等世 界大满贯选手。2016 年 8 月 4 日国际奥委会投票通过了空手道项目成为 2020 年 东京奥运会的正式比赛项目。2021 年中华人民共和国第十四届全运会将由陕西 省承办，空手道项目则极有可能成为中华人民共和国第十四届全运会正式比赛项 目。本研究采用文献资料法，访谈法，逻辑分析法和个案分析法等方法对陕西省 体育局与西安体育学院合作共建空手道队伍的有利条件，合作动机和影响合作共 建的可行性因素等进行分析，并分析了陕西省体育局与西安体育学院合作共建跆 拳道队的成功案例，进而对空手道队的合作共建提供理论基础，最后对于陕西省 体育局与西安体育学院共建高水平空手道队伍的可行性提出合理的对策研究。 本文研究结论如下： 1、西安体育学院现有的师资队伍情况、裁判员情况、历年来空手道竞赛的 优异成绩，足以体现西安体育学院这支业余空手道队伍在全国有一定的影响力， 对陕西省建队奠定有利的基础。 2、西安体育学院与陕西省体育局共建的主要动机是：陕西省尽快组建一支 高水平空手道队伍为国家培养体育人才，为陕西省竞技体育的发展和 2021 年在 陕西举办的中华人民共和国第十四届全运会上为陕西全运军团增金夺银，双方对 空手道队伍的建立有着共同的意向。 3、陕西省体育局与西安体育学院共建高水平空手道队伍的可行性因素主要 是：中华人民共和国第十四届全运会将由陕西省举办，根据西安体育学院优质教 育资源和科研服务的优势，科研人才、运动损伤与康复、训练场馆及器材、后勤 保障，陕西省体育局的资金资源优势、行政管理职能，丰富的竞赛渠道及资源、 广泛的人脉和训练体系，双方合理利用各自优势强强联合共建一支高水平空手道 队伍。 4、根据当年陕西省体育局与西安体育学院强强联合共同组建陕西省跆拳道 专业队伍的成功案例进行分析，从中体现双方合作有利有弊，这对双方共建空手 道队伍提供有利理论依据，吸取共建跆拳道的有利因素，制定合理的合作机制， 从而使得空手道项目在陕西省能够顺利开展。 【关键词】 体育局；西安体育学院；共建；空手道队；可行性 报告类型：应用型研究陕西省体育局与西安体育学院共建空手道队的可行性研究 II Abstract In July 2006, our country formally introduced karate project.
