知识作为中小互联网企业用以抗衡寡头的战略性关键资源,对于中小互联网 企业的发展有重要影响。中小互联网企业的生存与发展严重依赖其知识资源,属 于典型知识密集型企业。当前经过了大浪淘沙后留存的优质中小互联网企业不断 被巨头收编,从此游离于巨头之外的中小型互联网企业便开始不断在各种的垂直 领域深耕。垂直领域内的中小互联网公司要从内部保持竞争力,除了必要的敏捷 开发、快速迭代、把握产品生命周期、对用户的粘性、高效的产品运营等工作外, 还需要构建内部的知识共享体系来保持团队在行业中的竞争力,这一点在互联网 垂直领域体现的尤为突出。 本文主要运用实证研究,针对在互联网自然语言处理应用垂直领域内具有代 表性的中小互联网企业——X 企业,对它的内部知识共享的影响因素进行分析, 并提出具体对策,为更大范围内的处于各垂直领域中小互联网企业提供一些理论 帮助。本文分为六个部分,具体如下,第一部分,说明本次研究背景与意义,内 容与方法,思路和创新点;第二部分,参考知识管理、知识共享的国内外学者的 研究成果,与当今中小互联网企业的相关研究以及中小互联网企业与知识共享理 论之间的相关关系;第三部分,X 企业概况与知识共享现状;第四部分,通过访 谈、与问卷数据分析成 X 企业内部知识共享的障碍因素;第五部分,提出提升 X 企业内部知识共享水平的对策;第六部分,提出以 X 企业为代表的中小互联网企 业运用知识共享六因素模型框架的结论,并提出论文的不足方面。 经过以上研究工作,得出基于 X 企业内部的知识共享障碍源于员工的共享意 识薄弱、组织结构不符、缺乏富有感染力的企业文化、企业高层推动力缺失、缺 乏激励体系、缺乏软件系统的运营措施这六大因素的结论。提出以员工的个人素 质与共享意识培养为基础,以构建扁平化、学习型组织结构与知识共享分为的企浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 X 中小互联网企业内部知识共享的障碍与对策研究 II 业文化为手段,以高层推动力、信息化平台与激励机制为保障的三个维度六个方 面的框架模型的解决对策。以此给垂直领域的中小互联网创业公司给出构建知识 共享体系的一点建议。 关 键 词,互联网企业,知识共享,影响因素,对策研究 论文类型,应用/专题研究浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 X 中小互联网企业内部知识共享的障碍与对策研究 III RESEARCH ON THE BARRIERS AND COUNTERMEASURES OF KNOWLEDGE SHARING IN X SMALLAND MEDIUM-SIZED INTERNET COMPANY ABSTRACT As a strategic key resource for small and medium-sized internet company to counter the oligarchs, knowledge has an important impact on the development of small and medium-sized internet companies. The survival and development of internet companies rely heavily on their knowledge resources and are typical knowledge-intensive company. The high-quality small and medium-sized internet companies that have survived after the big waves have been continuously compiled by the giants. Since then, small and medium-sized internet companies that are outside the giants have been continually plowing in various vertical fields. Small and medium-sized internet companies in the vertical field need to maintain their competitiveness from the inside. In addition to the necessary agile development, rapid iteration, grasping the product life cycle, the user's stickiness, efficient product operation, etc., it is also necessary to build an internal knowledge sharing system. Maintaining the team's competitiveness in the industry is particularly evident in the vertical field of the internet. This paper mainly uses empirical research to analyze the influencing factors of its internal knowledge sharing for small and medium-sized internet companies, which are representative of the vertical field of internet natural language processing applications, and propose specific countermeasures for a larger scope. Small internet companies in various vertical fields provide some theoretical help. This paper is divided into six parts, as follows: The first part explains the background and significance of the research, the content and method, the ideas and innovations; the second part refers to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars of knowledge management and knowledge sharing, and today Relevant research on small and medium-sized internet companies and the relationship between small and medium-sized internet companies and knowledge sharing theory; the third part, X company profile and knowledge sharing status; the fourth part, through interviews, and questionnaire data analysis into X company internal knowledge sharing The obstacles; the fifth part proposes countermeasures to improve the level of knowledge sharing within X company; the sixth part puts forward the conclusions of the six-factor model framework of small and medium-sized internet companies represented by X company, and proposes the shortcomings of the papers.浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 X 中小互联网企业内部知识共享的障碍与对策研究 IV After the above research work, it is concluded that the knowledge sharing obstacles based on X company stem from the weak sharing consciousness of employees, the inconsistent organizational structure, the lack of negative corporate culture, the lack of high-level driving force, lack of incentive system, and lack of software system. The conclusions of these six factors of operational measures. Based on the cultivation of employees' personal qualities and sharing awareness, the three dimensions of building a flat, learning organizational structure and knowledge sharing are taken as the means, with high-level driving force, information platform and incentive system as the guarantee. Six aspects of the framework model to solve the problem.This gives small and medium-sized internet companies in the vertical field a suggestion to build a knowledge sharing system.
