摘要
为了激发职员的积极性、主动性和创造性,企业应建立合理的激励制度及其
管理流程,构筑合理、公正和公平的激励理念,进而构建正确的职员激励方法和
流程,用来提高职员对企业的认同感,培养职员的忠诚意识;并在此基础上完善
企业职员激励机制,企业应充分考虑职员的个体差异,遵循必要的激励原则,建
立和实施多层次激励机制,给予职员个性职场培训,增强职员的忠诚度,制定激
励性的薪酬和福利制度,采取人性化的管理手段,以适应现代化管理的需要。
本论文采用相应的研究方法,通过搜集有关企业激励机制建设的资料,综合
运用、管理学和经济学等学科知识中的相关激励理论和方法,在吸收前人的研究
结果的基础上,利用本人对A商城中南仓储部的实地调研和考察,以A商城中
南仓储部职员为研究客体,从A商城中南仓储部的实际情况出发,对当前A商
城中南仓储部在职员激励方法和流程现状进行探究,发现其中的问题,重新构思
了A商城中南仓储部激励机制的指导思想和支撑措施。其相应对策主要体现在
建立科学合理的薪酬福利体系,创建良好的企业文化,完善系统的职员培训,规
划并构建职员职业生涯愿景等等,并且对以上问题进行归纳总结。实践证明,论
文针对A商城中南仓储部职员设计的激励机制是行之有效的,达到了研究的预
期目的。本文研宄结果将会对能为我国企业职员激励机制的丰富其理论构建和实
践结果给予帮助。

Abstract
Inordertoarousetheenthusiasm,initiativeandcreativityofthestaff,the
companyshouldestablishareasonableincentivesystemanditsmanagementprocess,
buildareasonable,fairandfairincentiveconcept,andthenbuildacorrectstaff
incentivemethodandprocesstoimprovethestafF-to-businessAsenseofidentity,to
cultivatestaffloyaltyawareness;andonthisbasisimprovethestaffincentive
mechanism,companiesshouldfullyconsidertheindividualdifferencesofstaff,
followthenecessaryincentiveprinciples,establishandimplementamulti-level
incentivemechanism,togivethestaffapersonalizedworkplacetraining,enhanced

systems,andtheadoptionofhumanemanagementtoolstomeettheneedsofmodem
management.
Thispaperadoptscorrespondingresearchmethods,collectsinformationonthe
eSstablishmentofenterpriseincentivemechanisms,andcomprehensivelyuses
relevanttheoriesandmethodsofmotivationinsubjectknowledgesuchas
managementscienceandeconomics.Basedontheresultsofpreviousstudies,weuse
ourownresearchresults.On-siteresearchandinvestigationoftheSouth-Central
WarehouseDepartaentofAMall,andthestaffoftheSouth-CentralWarehouse
DepartmentoftheAMallasresearchobjects,proceedingfromtheactualsituationof
theCentralSouthDepartmentoftheA-Store3andexploringthestatusquoofstaff
incentivemethodsandprocessesintheCentralSouthDepartmentoftheA-Store.
Afterdiscoveringtheproblems,itreconstructedtheguidingideologyandsupporting
measuresfortheincentivemechanismoftheSouth-CentralWarehouseDepartmentin
AMall.Thecorrespondingcountermeasuresaremainlyreflectedintheestablishment
ofascientificandreasonableremunerationandwelfaresystem,theestablishmentofa
goodcorporateculture,theimprovementofsystemicstafftraining,andtheplanning

andconstructionofstaffcareervisions,etc.,andsummarizingtheaboveissues.
Practicehasprovedthatthepaper'sincentivemechanismdesignedforemployeesin
theSouthCentralWarehouseDepartmentofAMalliseffectiveandachievesthe
intendedpurposeofthestudy.Theresearchresultsoftiiispaperwillhelptoenrich
thetheoreticalconstructionandpracticalresultsoftheincentivemechanismfor
corporateemployeesinChina.
