摘要
伴随着工业 4.0 时代的来临以及信息化程度不断的提高,传统中小微公司因为
普遍存在资金规模小,产品技术含量低,管理不完善等原因发展步履艰难。面对日
益激烈的竞争环境,如何做到保持收入和利润的增长,已经成为了每个公司迫在眉
睫必须考虑的问题,同样也是战略研究的重要课题

本论文主要以成都锦泽机电设备公司为研究对象。首先,采取文献研究法、实证研
究等方法针对该公司的发展进行研究,具体是基于理论与实践相互结合的综合分析
方式,用大量文字、数据图表、相关数学模型等特殊的展现方式,将企业战略理论
以及分析方法巧妙的运用到成都锦泽机电设备公司的实际战略管理研究中。其次,
根据常用的 PEST 模型,本文就成都锦泽机电设备公司所处的内外部宏观环境分别
从政治、经济、文化和技术等四个方面进行了深度剖析。同时从同行业角度出发,
对机电装备行业和该行业的市场结构进行了详细的分析研究;本文从行业环境方
面,采用波特五种竞争力模型进行行业环境的详细评价分析;利用 SWOT 分析方
法,针对成都锦泽机电设备公司经营所具备的优势和劣势进行综合分析和整合。最
后,基于公司优势和劣势的分析结果,从公司实际经营情况的各个角度进行均衡分
析,找出最适合成都锦泽机电设备公司的发展战略方案

通过研究最终选定增长型战略,通过专业化运营、一体化、以及产品渗透等战
略的实施,结合在内部管理、人力资源、品牌建设等方面的调整,达到加快业务扩
张和市场占有率的提升,立足产品质量和服务的提升达到提高公司知名度和品牌实
力的目的,实现公司效益最大化,实现公司的可持续发展。通过本文的研究,新制
定的发展战略更加适合成都锦泽机电设备公司寻求壮大规模的诉求和加强企业核心
竞争力的目标,以便符合我国当今经济形势的要求,也能够有效的引导公司未来的
发展方向,并对该战略的具体实施过程进行优劣的保障

Abstract
With the advent of the industrial 4.0 and the continuous improvement of the level
of information technology, the traditional small and medium-sized micro enterprises are
developing very hard because of the small amount of funds, the low technical content of
products and imperfect management. Facing the increasingly fierce competitive
environment, how to keep the growth of income and profit has become an urgent problem
for every company. It is also an important topic of strategic research.
In this paper, Chengdu JinZe electrical and mechanical equipment company as the
research object. First of all, the text adopts the method of literature research, empirical
research for the development of the company&39;s research, the specific way is a
comprehensive analysis of combining theory and practice based on the way of showing a
large amount of text data, charts, and other special mathematical model, the enterprise
strategy theory and analysis method of the clever use of actual strategy Chengdu Jinze
electromechanical equipment management to the company. Secondly, this paper makes a
deep analysis of the internal and external macro environment of Chengdu brocade
electromechanical equipment company from four aspects, such as politics, economy,
culture and technology. starting from the industry perspective, the market structure of
mechanical and electrical equipment industry and the industry have been analyzed in
detail in this paper; from the industry environment analysis, detailed evaluation by Potter
five competitive model of industry environment; using SWOT analysis method, the
mechanical and electrical equipment company in Chengdu Jinze period the advantages
and disadvantages comprehensive analysis and integration. Based on the analysis of the
advantages and disadvantages of the company, from the company&39;s actual operation of
the various angles of balanced analysis, to find the most suitable for Chengdu JinZe
electromechanical equipment company&39;s development strategy.
Through the study of the final selected growth strategy, through the implementation
of specialized operations, integration, and product penetration strategy, combining in the
internal management, human resources, brand building and adjustment, to accelerate
business expansion and enhance market share, based on the quality of products and
services to enhance the visibility of the company and enhance the brand strength to
achieve maximum benefit, realize the sustainable development of the company. Through
this research, a new development strategy formulation is more suitable for Chengdu Jinze
electromechanical equipment company seeks to expand the scale of demand and
strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises, so that not only accords with our
current economic situation, but also can effectively guide the development direction of
