摘要
教育集团是商界和教育界被红线牵引的产物。企业集团在全球不断涌现出色
的案例,企业组织的联合使组织效益更明显,组织更具竞争力。教育产业化理论
逐步发展,教育经营的概念越来越被接受认可。随之,企业集团模式的成功点燃
了教育集团的星星之火并迅速发展,在世界范围成燎原之势。公办学校受制于体
制化的特点,民办教育又鲜有优质的教育资源、存在公信力不高的弊端。日益增
长的优质教育需求与现实中优质教育资源的短缺,使教育集团成为缓解这一矛盾
的方式手段。集团化进程中的文化建设是打底教育的色彩。全球各个百年名校的
核心竞争力,不是漂亮的高楼大厦,而是在漫漫岁月中沉淀下来的特色文化。文
化对教育集团发展的影响不容小觑。文化建设中,不论是显性的物质符号、中性
的制度规范,还是隐性的理念目标,都是助益集团化的要素。集团化文化建设会
增强集团组织的向心力和凝聚力,明确目标,规范制度,渲染文化
目前教育集团研宂中的基础教育集团研宄尚有较多空白,国内对文化建设的
研宄也不足够成熟完善,对基础教育集团文化建设的探宄将增添一份新的探索。而
对X教育集团文化建设的研宄也将为该教育集团解决当下文化建设的实际问题
本文在全球教育集团化发展壮大的大背景下,结合企业集团组织理论、教育
集团化理论以及组织文化三层次理论,依据X教育集团的现状调查分析及数据研
究情况,对集团化文化建设进行定量分析和定性分析,在此基础上提出对X教育
集团文化建设的若干参考建议。X教育集团是以名校A校为核心建立的多校区的教
育集团。教育集团的文化依托教育组织利益相关方教师、学生、家长、社会而呈
现。问卷调查了教育集团的主要利益相关方,根据问卷分析教育集团组织在精神
文化、制度文化、物质文化方面存在的问题,进而提出建议。精神层面,集团组
织文化需要系统到集团层面。制度层面,如何提高和守住集团化效益成为问题
集团化规模会提高效益,一味追求规模又有可能伤害效益,这就需要制度调配、
资源配置促进优化合作,考虑短期利益的同时也考虑长期利益。物质层面,用经

典渲染文化,沉淀文化,助力集团文化的建设和宣传。综上,以期对X教育集团
文化建设略有助益

Abstract
The education group is the product of the red line of business and education.
Enterprise groups are emerging in the global excellent case, enterprise organization joint
make the organization more obvious benefits, more competitiveness. The
industrialization of education theory gradually development, education management
concept is increasingly being recognized and accepted. Then, group mode successfully
ignited the sparks fire of education group,and developed rapidly into a potential in the
world. Public schools are subject to the characteristics of institutionalization, private
education is lack of high-quality educational resources and it has the existence of the
lower credibility. With the growing demand for high quality education and the shortage
of high-quality educational resources in reality,the education group has become a
means to alleviate this contradiction. The cultural construction in the process of
collectivization is the color of education. Look at the core competitiveness of each
hundred years of elite schools around the world, not beautiful high-rise buildings, but in
the long years of precipitation characteristics of culture. Cultural construction’s
influence on the development of educational groups should not be underestimated. In
the process of cultural construction, whether it is a dominant material symbol, a neutral
institutional norm, or a hidden idea goal, is the key element to help the group. Group
culture construction will enhance the centripetal force and cohesion of the group
organization, clear objectives, standardize the system, render culture.
