A 公司为了完成政府交代的任务，必须对其自身的融资模式进行分析研究，探讨
出一个更加完善的模式，使自身突破瓶颈的同时，也能完成政府布置的任务
本文在分析相关大量文献资料的基础上，通过研究我国现行的主流融资渠道，并
从我国地方融资平台的实际情况入手，点出融资平台公司所面临的巨大的政策压力和
资金压力。提出其融资模式进行升级的迫切性，阐述了构建新的融资模式的必要性
引入完善优化苏州 A 公司这一主题，借鉴国内外先进的融资经验，以 A 公司为例，
探讨地方政府性融资平台构建融资模式的具体途径，提出平台融资模式构建的基本构
想，并得出以下结论: 企业化运转、自主造血、多元化融资、风险控制的融资模式是
可以使 A 公司的今后的发展更为顺畅。同时对于其他地方政府融资平台公司也可以提
供一个借鉴的对象

Research on the financing models of Suzhou A company
Abstract
Suzhou A company is a local government financing platform, it is established for
develop local economy. A company makes a lot of contributions for local economic
development. However, due to the continuous changes in domestic policy, the development
of A company has gradually entered the bottleneck. In order to continue the develop the
local economy, the local government wants A company amplify the business.
In order to complete the task of the government, A company must analyze its own
financing model, and explore a better model. On the one hand to break through the
bottleneck, but also to complete the tasks assigned by the government.
Based on a large amount of relevant literature, and the study of the current
mainstream financing channels, and the actual situation of financing platform, This paper
points out the enormous political pressure and financial pressure faced by financing
platforms. And it presents the urgency of transformation and the necessity of constructing
new financing models.
The paper features improving by learning from foreign advanced experience, I take
Suzhou A company as an example and discuss the specific ways of constructing financing
models of local government financing platform. Then I put forward the basic conception of
building financing models and come to the following conclusions: the financing models of
enterprise operation, independent financing, diversified financing and risk controlling are
quite important for local government financing platforms to achieve sustainable operation.
I wish Suzhou A company can be a future example for the other financing platforms.
