摘要
近年来,征信活动已经成为社会经济生活中的重要组成部分。国家正大力推动
征信体系建设,与此同时,商业银行作为征信活动中的一线阵地,积极配合相关部
门助力我国征信建设的发展

市场经济建立在信用经济的基础上。市场经济体系的稳定运行离不开完善的社
会信用体系,其中征信体系是社会信用体系的重要组成部分。随着市场经济的发展,
商业银行征信规范正在逐步成为促进经济,特别是金融领域发展的关键环节。在完
善的商业银行征信规范下,既可以满足商业银行自身经营的需要,防范及化解金融
风险,从而提高商业银行经营效率;也可以在很大程度上改善当前市场经济中信息
不对称的现象,实现信息的有效共享。因此,规范商业银行征信行为势在必行

在征信业快速发展的同时,征信行为的规范性一直受到各种挑战。本文围绕商
业银行征信行为规范这一主题,阐述了征信及商业银行征信行为的相关理论知识,
通过描述商业银行在征信活动中的参与过程,说明商业银行征信行为规范的必要
性,并介绍了国内外征信体系发展情况,进而引出商业银行征信体系发展现状的相
关内容;同时,结合国内商业银行的实际案例,从多个角度分析了商业银行在征信
活动中的征信行为以及实际工作中存在的问题,发现目前我国商业银行征信行为在
制度、队伍建设等方面仍存在较多的需要改进之处,认为加强商业银行的征信行为
规范,对于降低信用交易成本、提高风险管理水平、改善市场信用环境、建立良性
市场经济秩序、保持经济金融稳定运行具有重要意义

最后,本文通过借鉴国外相关先进经验,从对内及对外两方面为规范我国商业
银行征信行为提出对策建议

ABSTRACT
In recent years, credit investigation has become an important part of social and
economic life. The state is vigorously promoting the construction of credit reporting
system, at the same time, commercial banks as a front-line position in credit investigation
activities, actively cooperate with relevant departments to help the development of credit
information construction in our country.
Market economy is based on credit economy. The stable operation of the market
economy system can not be separated from the perfect social credit system, in which the
credit reporting system is an important part of the social credit system. With the
development of market economy, the credit information standard of commercial banks is
gradually becoming the key link to promote the development of economy, especially in
the financial field. In the commercial bank credit standard, which can meet the needs of
their own business, to prevent and defuse financial risks, so as to improve the efficiency
of commercial banks; also can improve information asymmetry in the current market
economy phenomenon to a great extent, the effective realization of information sharing.
Therefore, it is imperative to standardize the behavior of commercial bank credit
information.
With the rapid development of credit industry, the standardization of credit reporting
has been challenged. This paper focuses on commercial bank credit behavior
specification of this theme, describes the relevant theoretical knowledge of credit and
credit behavior of commercial banks, by describing the processes involved in commercial
banks in credit activities, illustrating the necessity of commercial bank credit behavior,
and introduces the development of credit system at home and abroad, the related content
and thus leads to the current situation of the development of credit system commercial
bank; at the same time, combined with the actual case of domestic commercial banks,
from the perspective of the credit behavior of commercial banks in credit activities and
problems in the practical work, we need to present the credit behavior of commercial
banks in China still exist in the system, team building and other improvements, that
strengthen the credit regulate the behavior of commercial banks, to reduce transaction
costs and improve credit risk management level, improve the credit market The
environment, the establishment of a benign market economic order and the stable
operation of the economy and finance are of great significance.II
Finally, by drawing on foreign advanced experience, this paper puts forward
countermeasures and suggestions to regulate the behavior of commercial banks&39; credit in
China from two aspects of internal and external.
