本文通过对公司质量管理信息系统流程的改进，使物料主数据采集录入、
检验计划制定、批量检验、持续改进等流程得到了优化，让信息系统更好的为
质量管理服务。企业加强内部与外部的质量管理，通过结合可靠的信息系统，
及时追踪产品质量状况的评测结果，是实现产品质量保证和质量体系自我完善
的重要途径，也是质量管理的重要一环。本文首先概述了海拉公司质量管理的
现状，分析质量管理发展中存在的问题和原因，确定包括提高产品质量、降低
成本、提升服务水平等要素的持续改进，并在实施前确定明确的可度量的目标，
结合现有信息管理系统 SAP，进一步论述企业信息管理在质量管理中的作用和
职责，并通过调研分析得出系统功能性和非功能性需求。最后对于上述需求，
设计总体改进方案，为企业实现零缺陷生产和提高顾客满意度的目标提供了信
息保障，确保质量管理体系能持续有效地运行
在海拉的公司经营管理中，通过稳健的产品和精心选择制造方法的方式来II
策划产品质量，从而创建稳定的生产过程，执行适当的质量监控，保证生产过
程和产品的复合型，提升员工的质量意识和专业技能。企业又利用质量管理信
息系统 SAP QM 作为质量管理保障性工作的重要环节，不仅对监测、评价过程控
制和质量管理起着不可忽视的作用，而且为企业内部的信息资源共享提供了技
术平台，避免了信息在传递的过程中可能会出现的各种错误，减少了大量数据
传递所需要的人工和时间

Abstract
Research on Improvement of Information Quality Management
System of Hella Automotive Lighting Ltd.
Changchun Hella as the benchmarking plant of Hella, the first-class products
and service quality, and partnership cooperation and high level of professional
knowledge to satisfy the customer, this is the business activities of Hella standard.
With strong technical background and resource platform assistance, the company has
been in the leading position in the domestic automotive industry. Our products&39; zero
defects, capacity, performance and international combination, long-term satisfaction
of all customers, and thus to ensure our competitiveness. Hella products has been
developing rapidly in the past 20 years, there is a strong link between Hella and
automobile lighting systems, in addition to automotive lighting technology with
traditional halogen lamp, and launched a xenon lamp lighting system and the tip of
the LED. The excellent R&D team of Hella, not only has professional experience,
but also provide advice and support for the development of the solution for
innovative lighting field scheme. It is precisely because of such a good team, for the
enterprise product quality has laid a solid foundation for the development.
In this paper, through the improvement of the quality management information
system process, make the acquisition entry, inspection material master data plan,
batch inspection, continuous improvement processes have been optimized, so that the
information system better service quality management. The quality management of
enterprises to strengthen internal and external, through the information system with
reliable, timely tracking product quality evaluation results is an important way to
realize the product quality assurance and quality system of self perfection, is an
important part of quality management. This paper outlines the present situation ofIV
quality management of Hella company, analyzing the problems and causes in the
development of quality management, continuous improvement projects including
determined to improve product quality, reduce costs, improve service levels and other
factors, and clear and measurable goals determine before implementation, combined
with the existing information management system SAP, and is discussed. The duties
of enterprise information management in the quality management system, and the
functional and non functional requirements through the investigation and analysis.
Finally, for the above requirements, the overall design scheme, including the
improvement of function scheme and process plan for the enterprise to achieve zero
defect production and provide information support to improve customer satisfaction,
to ensure that the quality management system can effectively run.

stable production process, the implementation of quality control to ensure proper,
complex production processes and products, improve staff quality consciousness and
professional skills. The enterprise quality management information system using SAP

向‘质量增长’转变，‘稳增长，调结构’的形势发展凸显。过去，车灯等零
部件企业依附于整车生厂商，和美国汽车生产早期市场相类似，汽车制造商对
汽车生产的整个供应链市场进行投资并控制，形成了集成的模式。造成生产集
中度低、成本高、整车价格下降困难的局面。再加上开发能力弱，缺乏知识产
权，高科技研发人员稀少，没有体系和规则，很多整车生产厂商不但不提供技
术和经济支持，还常常采用竞争、压价、拖欠款项等方式让零部件企业雪上加
