本文以 G 公司为例，结合工作实践，分析研究了 VMI 库存管
理对保税区内生物试剂贸易型企业库存管理水平的提升作用。针对G
公司库存管理中存在库存周转天数高、需求预测的准确性差、产品
货期长等问题进行分析和总结，运用 ABC 和 Kraljic Matrix 分类法
对库存产品进行分类管理，应用 SWOT 分析法评估 VMI 的实施可
行性，确定了以一般型产品为对象，实施 VMI 库存管理。根据生
物试剂产品特点，研究设计了 G 公司 VMI 的实施方案，构建配套
的信息系统，并在保税区内引入第三方物流参与合作，结合区内特
定政策，建立 VMI 的流程体系，设计补货模型，制订 VMI 合作
的框架协议。通过 VMI 库存管理在 G 公司的具体应用，证明了所研
究的管理方法对 G 公司库存管理水平起到了积极的作用。摘要

RESEARCH ON THE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT OF
G COMPANY’S VMI BASED ON BIO-REAGENT
ABSTRACT
With the economic integration taking more important role in global economic development,
the uncertainty of market demand brings the enterprises great opportunities as well as challenges,
the competition between enterprises has become rivalry among supply chains. Carrying cost, as
an important part of supply chain cost, makes inventory management an essential component in
supply chain management. Effective inventory management directly influences the fund
occupation level and asset operation efficiency of an enterprise therefore is an critical input to
enterprise’s cost control. So, more and more enterprises are constantly exploring the methods and
technical means of enhancing inventory management level.
This article took G company as a case study, combined with work practice, to analyze how
VMI improves the inventory management level of bio-reagent trading company in free trade zone.
We analyzed and summarized G company’s problem in inventory management such as high
inventory turnover days, inaccuracy of demand forecast, long lead time and so on and applied
ABC taxonomy and Kraljic matrix method to carry out category management for inventory
products. We also applied SWOT analytical method to evaluate the feasibility of VMI in G
company and identified VMI inventory management model with general type of products. Based
on the salient feature of bio-reagent products, we designed the implementation plan of VMI in G
company, built up the supporting information system and introduced 3PL in free trade zone as a
partnership, also, in consideration of the specific policy of FTZ, we worked out the correspondent
VMI process and replenishment model and established VMI cooperation agreement. Through the
implementation of VMI method in G company, we can see it indeed effectively improved the
inventory management level of G company.ABSTRACT

Through researching the practical application of VMI method in G company, this article
validated its effectiveness. VMI method could indeed expedite inventory turnover, reduce
inventory investment and short lead time, it exerts positive impact on the cost control of
enterprises.
