精益生产是一种成熟的生产管理方式，因其显著的应用成效，已经被国内外越来
越多的行业与企业关注与应用。本文首先在分析精益生产的发展背景和梳理国内外研
究文献的基础上，以玻璃模具生产商——J 企业作为研究对象，分析了该企业在传统
生产模式下，生产管理中存在的问题、成因以及实施精益生产的必要性和可能性。在
此基础上，本文提出了 J 企业精益生产的具体实施方案，并通过实施精益生产前后的
效果对比，进一步说明了精益生产为企业带来的直接和间接效益。希望通过本文的研
究能为其他希望或正在开展精益生产管理的制造型企业提供一些有价值的参考

Application Study of Lean Production in J Company
Abstract
With economic globalization and the development of world economic, the enterprise
not only face competitor from domestic & overseas, but also human resource and raw
material cost rising etc. during domestic economic upgrade and structure optimization.
Under this uncertain environment the entrepreneur have to change the view and
development model to conquer the challenge to adapt to the new competition environment,
minimize the impact of uncontrollable risk, give full play to their own advantages,
complete the upgrading.
Lean production is a mature management of production. Due to the significant
achievement and remarkable contribution it has made to the industries during the past
decade, it is now recognized and implemented by more and more companies from various
of industries over the world. In this paper, I will start with analyzing the background of
lean production, card the relevant theory and research at home and abroad. And take the
glass mold manufacturer-- J enterprise as the research object, to analyze the problems and
causes of production management under the traditional manufacture management system
to show the necessity and possibility of implementing lean production. By comparing the
changes happened in J enterprise, to further illustrate the direct and indirect benefits of lean
production. Hope this research can be helpful for other enterprise who wants to learn lean
production.
