摘 要
自我国改革开放以来,各级政府和各类企业越来越多地把关注焦点投入到资产运营
质量上。JT 公司从事综合性业务，受到省市两级政府的关注和重视，近年来发展迅猛，
取得了良好的成绩。处于现阶段世界经济滑坡的大背景下，JT 公司也无法独善其身，和
其他企业一样也承受着资金问题的困扰。融资策略能够为企业争取稳定的资金来源，进
而在市场竞争中立足，应对外部环境的变化，实现企业的长足发展。可以说，企业的生
死存亡与其融资策略有着密不可分的联系。
本论文通过介绍写作背景、写作意义，以及国内关于融资策略的研究情况、并在国
内外融资领域的学术成果、相关理论学习基础上，结合 JT 公司的具体实际案例对该公
司目前执行的融资策略现状、融资环境等进行了深入分析。从融资考虑，到融资现阶段
实际情况，再到融资过程中存在的问题及问题产生的原因，一步步的对 JT 公司融资情
况进行剖析。在分析过程中，运用了相应的分析工具、确定了融资的遵循原则，阐述了
JT 公司融资的选择与实施、并就该公司的融资选择及实施制定出了相应的具有针对性的
融资风险防范措施，来规避公司的融资风险。
通过论文相关的阐述，可以看出，JT 公司现行的融资策略也有着有其可取之处，可
以通过不断优化和完善相关管理，来进一步为企业的扩产和项目建设筹集到更加充足而
安全的资金，进而助力 JT 公司在市场竞争中争取到发展先机，实现更为稳定、良性的
发展。

Abstract
Since China's reform and opening up, the quality of asset management has become the
focus of attention at all levels of government and enterprises. JT company engaged in
diversified business, subject to provincial and municipal levels of government concern and
attention with developing rapidly in recent years, and achieved good results. Like other
companies, in the current environment of worldwide economic downturn, JT company is also
facing financial problems. Financing strategy can provide enterprises with a stable source of
funding, and then foothold in the market competition, to deal with changes in the external
environment, to achieve the long-term development of the enterprise. We can say that
financing strategies is related to the company's survival.
This thesis analyzes the existing financing strategy and financing environment of JT
company by introducing the writing background, significance, as well as the domestic
research about the financing strategies, and academic achievements in the field of financing at
home and abroad, based on relevant theoretical study, combined with the actual case of JT
company. From financing considerations, to the financing present situation, and then to the
problems existing in the financing process and the reasons of the problem, step by step to JT
company financing situation are analyzed. In the process of analysis, by using the
corresponding analysis tools, determine the following principles of financing, this thesis
expounds the selection and implementation, and work out the corresponding targeted
financing risk prevention measures, to avoid the company's financing risk.
Through this thesis, it can be seen that the current financing strategy of JT company is
also has its merit, it can raise more adequate and safe money to further expansion and project
construction for the enterprise through continuous optimization and management
improvement, and to help JT company to win development opportunities in market
competition, and achieve a more stable and benign development.
