摘要
自十八届三中全会以后,我国掀起了新一轮国企改革,具有国家专卖专营特殊性质
的烟草行业也开始在全行业推进改革。云南中烟紧紧把握住重大历史机遇,进行了“两
统一两整合”的战略重组,这一变革不仅为云南卷烟工业带来显著的变化,而且对集团
下属的工厂带来深刻影响。为适应战略转型带来的挑战,为企业发展提供持续的强大支
撑力,昆烟企业文化面临着进一步优化的紧迫任务。
文章以昆烟企业文化为研究对象,采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法,通过文
献研究、实证调研等方式,从烟草行业文化、云南中烟文化、红云红河集团文化、昆烟
企业文化宏观到微观的四个层次,回顾了昆烟十余年来文化的发展进程,分析出昆烟企
业文化发展的特点和昆烟文化在建设科学性、执行力、作用发挥等方面存在的问题。在
结合昆烟实际的基础上,提出了具有针对性的优化建议。以期为昆烟企业文化建设提供
可借鉴的思路,丰富烟草企业文化的实证研宄。

RESEARCH ON CORPORATE CULTURE OPTIMIZING OF
KUNMING CIGARETTE FACTORY BASED ON THE NEW
DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY ADJUSTMENT
ABSTRACT
Since the 3rd Plenary Session of 18th CPC Central Committee,presented a new round
of reform of state-owned enterprises in our country, the national monopoly features of
tobacco industry has begun to advance reform in the industry, grasping the major historical
opportunity, China tobacco Yunnan industrial CO.Ltd begin to push the strategic restructuring
of "two unified,two integration". This change is not only a significant change in yunnan
cigarette industry, and profound influence on the group's factory. In order to meet the
challenges of strategic transformation, for enterprise development to provide strong support,
Kunming cigarette factory corporate culture is facing the urgent task to optimize.
Based on KunYan corporate culture as the research object,the article adopt the method
of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, using the way of literature
research and empirical research. From four levels of from macroscopic to microcosmic, the
article analyzes the characteristics and problems of Kunming cigarette factory corporate
culture, reviewing the Kunming cigarette factory for more than ten years development of
culture. On the basis of Kunming cigarette factory actual, article puts forward the
optimization of targeted Suggestions. In order to Kunming cigarette factory corporate culture
construction provides referential ideas, enrich the empirical study of tobacco corporate
culture.
