摘 要
随着全球化步伐的加快,企业间的竞争也愈演愈烈。为了扩大市场
份额,维持可持续发展,供应链管理已成为现代企业管理中的新热点。

而供应商管理作为供应链管理中的一项主要内容,在被许多大企业广泛
应用的同时,也成为许多中小企业降低风险、节约成本、增强客户间信
息交流、与客户实现合作共赢的有效手段。

本论文结合作者本人的实际工作经验及和 A 公司各部门相关人员的
访谈,针对 A 公司供应商管理现状,分析 A 公司在供应商管理中存在的
问题以及产生这些问题的原因。随后,结合 A 公司所需物料实际情况及
所处的化工行业特点,采用卡拉杰克模型、加权点数法、层次分析法等
方法对 A 公司的采购策略、供应商选择与评估、供应商绩效管理等方面
提出优化意见。特别是提出了一些能解决 A 公司现阶段实际问题的建议,
如:建立供应商管理委员会提升企业对采购的重视度、采用联合采购解
决关键物料的价格与供货问题、采用供应商绩效管理 KPI 指标考核供应
商并对其进行持续改进等。使 A 公司的供应商管理能够跟上企业发展的
步伐,同时为中小型企业如何在供应链管理中提高市场竞争力提供参考。

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
The coming of globalization has fostered a growing competition among
companies. In order to expand the market share, maintain sustainable
development, supply chain management has become a new hot spot in
modern enterprise management. Supplier management, as a major content in
supply chain management, not only has been applied by many large
companies, but also has become the major method of reducing risk and cost,
increasing communication among customers and achieving win-win.
This paper is based on actual work experience and interviews with
responsible person in Company A, aiming to find out the problems existing in
supplier management system in the company, analyze their reasons and
propose optimizations in purchasing strategy, supplier selection and supplier
performance management under chemical industry. Some models and
methods are adopted, e.g. Kraljic Model, weight point method and Analytic
Hierarchy Process (AHP) etc. Especially, some practical suggestions were
proposed to solve current existing problems. Such as: to establish supplier
management committee to enhance the value of supplier management within
the company; to adopt joint procurement to solve the price and supply
problem of the key material; and to use KPI to manage suppliers’
performance and continuous improvement. The author hopes this paper can
help Company A to keep up with the development and provide references for
middle and small-sized enterprises to increase market competitiveness.
