摘要

针对近年来煤矿企业生产经营持续低迷,煤炭行业“转方式、调结构”成为主要发

展趋势。以煤炭生产为主业的金庄矿是一座中型煤矿,也面临着改善经营管理。金庄矿

现有仓库建筑面积为2400m2,仓储库存存在仓库利用率较低、仓库物资堆放不整、拣货

效率较低、库存成本过髙等问题。因此对存在问题的成因及主要表现进行剖析,提出完

善仓储库存成本管理体系的对策,对于实现仓储库存资源物尽其用并高效运行,最大程

度降低运营成本和风险,具有重要意义。

本文应用现代仓储库存管理先进理论,针对金庄矿仓储库存存在的四大问题,通过

头脑风暴法,提出了解决问题的四大原则,明确了仓储库存控制目标。介绍了利用系统

布置设计法,合理利用平面、空间,使库房资源利用进一步合理,库存固定成本相对减

少。提出了仓储库存最佳路线图,以ABC库存分析法为重点,设定安全库存量,采取订

货量管理方法,使库存资金总额减少,库存变动成本降低。制定了转变仓储库存管理发

展方式,配套管理优化仓储库存控制,借助电子商务优化库存控制,利用信息管理平台

改进库存管理基本方式等措施,使库存周转率提高,库存成本进一步降低。并提出了逐

步建立仓储库存立体自动化仓库,满足仓储库存发展需求。

通过对金庄矿仓储库存的研究,实现了库存控制成本的降低,这也是具体应用的价

值所在,同时对于周边煤矿的物资仓储库存管理也具有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract

Because of the production and operation of enterprises in coal remain low in

recent years, the coal industry take ‘Transformation and restructuring as the

trend of develop ment. Jinzhuang mine, one medium-sizedmine, who take coal

production as main industry, facing management improving also. Jinzhuang

mine have a warehouse of 2400m , but there were some questions in the storage.

For example, low warehouse utilization rate messy materials, low collection

efficiency, high-cost, and so on. Decompost the questions and founding the

causes of questions in order to make the warehousing department be efficient,

capitalized cost and risk be low was the objective and significance of the

research.

This paper vtilize the advanced theory of modem warehousing

management, point at the four questions in storage of Jinzhuang mine, adopt

Brainstorming-method, put forward four principles for the questions to make

clear the target of how to control the storage. Introduce the using of the layout

design system, rational use of plane and space, improve storage efficiency in

stock,in order to reduce the inventory cost. Put forward the best route map for

storage, taking the ABC inventory analysis as the key point, set up safety stock,

choosing the order amount method, to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost

of warehousing and inventory. Transform the development mode of warehousing

inventory management, supporting the management of storage optimization and

inventory control. Optimization inventory control in the electronic commerce

environment, using electronic ordering system, information management

platform and the warehouse management system, improve the basic mode of
