摘要
随着制造业集群化和信息化不断发展,企业信息化应用已从运营层转而向管
理和决策层的方向发展,支持管理者面对商务环境的快速变化做出敏捷反应、科
学决策以及价值管理。目前,企业信息化发展已经得到普遍的应用,大多企业已
经完成了信息化的第一步,此过程积累了大量的业务数据,但各业务系统中的数
据彼此孤立,零散,给企业的决策带来了困难,需要一种集成方案解决业务信息
过剩和分析决策信息匮乏的矛盾。商务智能正是企业决策分析的有力工具,是企
业数据生命周期的第二个阶段。

为此P公司决定搭建企业商务智能系统,通过综合分析将公司的战略管理、
业务计划、预算管理、会计核算、绩效管理进行有效地衔接,为制订战略、绩效
管理提供依据,支撑公司运营效率及管理决策。

本文以P公司现有信息化建设为基础,对企业信息化现状作以深入分析,从
供应链分析和财务分析两个方面阐述企业对于决策分析的迫切需求。结合商务智
能理论,并运用数据转换、OLAP联机分析处理、数据挖掘等技术手段,详细论
述了 P公司综合分析系统在战略层、运营层、绩效层三个层面对公司的战略目标
主题、财务状况主题、生产计划主题、经营状况主题、投资状况主题、资金状况
主题、以及员工绩效主题进行分析,搭建数据模型。从系统的总体架构和总体设
计,到数据仓库的搭建,维模型的设计以及最终客户端的展示整个完整的商务智
能系统的构建进行了详细描述。并对该企业基于Oracle BIEE构架的商务智能系
统的具体实施过程进行了详细的论述。

Abstract
With the development of manufacturing Industrial Cluster and information technology,
Enterprise information applications developed from operation layer to the management and
decision layer, and will help managers to make a quick response and scientific decision,as well as
value management, by facing the rapid changes in business environment. At present,the
development of enterprise information has been widely used. Most of the companies have
completed the first step in the information technology. This process has accumulated 汪 large
amount of business data, but the isolated and scattered data from various business systems makes
it hard for the enterprises to do the decision-making. They need an integrated solution to solve the
contradiction between the excess business information and the lacking information for
decision-making. The business intelligence is the most powerful tool for business decision-making
analysis, and it is also the second stage for the enterprise data lifecycle.
P company decided to build an enterprise business intelligence system. Through synthetic
analyses,the system will effectively join the strategic management, business plans,Budgets,
performance management, and the accounting management of the company. It will provide the
basis for the formulating strategies and performance management. Also, it will support the
company's operation efficiency and management decisions.
This paper is based on the existing information construction of P company and deeply
analyses the current situation of the enterprise information. The paper elaborates the urgent needs
of enterprise decision analysis from the two aspects of supply chain analysis and financial analysis.
Combination of business intelligence theory, and the use of the data conversion, OLAP online
analytical processing, data mining and other technical means, the paper amplifies the synthetic
analyses subsystem of P company on strategy layer, operation layer and performance layer, and
the analysis of the data models of comprehensive analysis system for company's strategic themes,
