摘 要
员工工作满意度是企业人力资源管理中的一个重要心理指标,它对企业
的员工稳定、组织内部沟通及企业与员工间关系的和谐都起到了非常重要的
作用,尤其是对公司的长远发展有着深远的影响。目前我国正处于社会经济
转型的快速发展时期,分析企业员工满意度现状、研究员工工作满意度的影
响因素、发现存在的问题并提出提高满意度的具体改进措施,对于提高企业
的管理水平与工作效率有着极为重要的现实意义

本文的研究对象是哈尔滨 G 电子公司。本次研究一是可以为 G 电子公司
的企业管理决策提供重要的参考依据和指导性意见,二是通过实地调查为工
作满意度的理论研究提供真实的信息和数据。研究采用的是结合理论依据和
针对企业实际情况而设计的调查问卷,共对企业员工发放 200 份调查问卷,
回收 189 份有效问卷。使用 SPSS16.0 软件进行数据的处理和计算,着重分析
探讨了员工满意度的影响因素,以及不同样本背景因素之间差异的问题。最
后在理论研究和数据分析的基础上,有针对性地提出了提高员工工作满意度
的改进措施及建议,希望能以此提高 G 电子公司的企业管理水平,对提高企
业的整体实力和核心竞争力起到积极的促进作用。本文具有一定的现实意义,
所采用的程序、方法、内容对其他企业的员工满意度研究都有一定的参考和
借鉴作用

Abstract
Employee job satisfaction is an important psychological indicator in the
management of human resource. It plays an important role in employee stability,
organization internal communication and harmonious relationship between the
company and employees, especially in the long-term development of the
company. At present ,our country is in the rapid development period of the social
transformation of the economic. There is very important practical significance to
analysize the status quo of employee satisfaction, study the influence factors of
employee job satisfaction, discover the existing problems and put forward the
improvement measures to improve the satisfaction for improving the
management level of company and work efficiency.
The study sample of this paper is Harbin G Electronic Company.One of the
reason it can provide important reference and guidance for enterprise
management and decision, the other reason it can provide true information and
data for the theoretical study of the job satisfaction through the field survey. This
study uses the Questionnaire Survey, which designed in the basis of the
combination of the theory basis and the enterprise actual situation.It takes back
189 avalible questionnaires, after putting out 200 questionnaires to
employees.The paper uses SPSS16.0 software to do the data processing and
calculation.It dicusses mainly the influence factors of employee job satisfaction,
and analysizes the discrepancy of the different samples’ background factors.At
last, on the basis of the theory research and data analysis, this paper puts forward
specifically the improvement measures and advises to improve the employee
satisfaction, in order to improve the management level of G Electronic
Company ,and have positive role in enhancing the overall strength and core
competence of the enterprise. This paper has certain practical significance,
whose procedures, methods, contents have some reference role in the study of
employee job satisfaction for other enterprises.
