Abstract
The real estate and relevant industry was greatly affected by the strengthened the
macro-control after the spring festival in 2010. Haixin Property which is a private small real
estate Proxy Company has suffered the biggest crisis since it opened. Insufficient innovation,
decentralized operation and inadequate management made Haixin Property an unfavorable
position. If Haixin hopes to survive and develop in the future, it must start a new undertaking.
When I prepared this paper, Haixin Property was starting a new undertaking. We practice
the theory analysis to the specific work. As it proved knowledge is a tremendous force. Haixin
Property has formulated a new strategy and plan through scientific analysis. Now the
company has obtained some good results by the efforts of all our colleagues.
This paper has introduced how my company opened, the existing problems and my new
strategy which presents a major feature of my paper. It shows us how the company realized its
transformation by clearing its strategic position, reconstructing the internal system, innovating
new marketing strategy and shaping the corporate culture.
Haixin Property is one of the millions of SME in China. While the paper take Haixin
Property as an example to illustrate the difficulties of lacking of foundation and experiences.
Through the second undertaking, it was refreshed and gained profits again. This paper may
provide help and reference to other company which will start a new undertaking.
