摘要

随着中国经济的快速发展,企业面临的挑战和机遇也越来越多。企业要想在

竞争激烈的市场中生存和发展,对人才的竞争无疑是众多稀缺资源竞争中最为关

键、最为核心的竞争。无论什么类型的企业都需要拥有数量可观高端人才和丰富

的人才储备,否则企业的发展将会受到严重的影响。基于此,本文以X公司为研

究对象,利用人才战略理论,深入分析人才储备战略规划,同时考虑到X行业本

身的特点,可以为很多类似的企业提供有益的借鉴。

本文共分为六章:第1章导论主要阐述了选题的背景和意义,国内外关于人

才储备战略的研究综述,研究的主要内容与框架、研究的方法以及本文的创新之

处;第2章主要介绍了人才储备战略的理论基础,包括人才储备的内涵、人才储

备的目的、人才储备的步骤和途径。通过揭示人才的本质内涵和人才的价值,依

据人才成长规律,运用人才幵发战略理论,结合集团公司的理论内涵和层次结构,

确立了集团化管理下人才战略核心内容;第3章主要介绍了 X公司的简介,人才

储备的现状以及人才储备存在的问题,根据行业背景和集团公司的发展战略,针

对人才开发的主要问题进行分析,探寻集团公司人才幵发的定位,明确人才开发

的目标;第4章主要是针对前一章所提出的问题,提出人才储备战略规划,并利

用模型,对未来X公司的人才需求进行预测,第5章主要根据X公司的实际情况,

提出了 X公司人才储备战略的实施措施,包括人才招聘、人才培训、人才激励、

人才开发等措施,特别是人才开发的职能战略,这是支撑X公司人才开发战略的

重要组成部分,讨论如何构建人才开发的集团化运作模式,并在这种模式下有效

实施配置、培育、考核和激励职能战略,确保集团公司人才开发战略的具体化和

可操作性;第6章提出了 X公司人才储备战略方案实施的保障条件。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, enterprises are facing more

and more challenges and opportunities. Enterprises are to survive in the competitive

market and the development of competition for talent is undoubtedly many scarce

resources to compete in the most critical and most core competition. No matter what

types of businesses need to have a considerable number of high-end talent and rich

talent pool,or enterprise development will be severely affected. Based on this, the paper

company X as the research object, the use of human resources strategy theory, in-depth

analysis of the personnel reserve strategic planning, taking into account the

characteristics of the X industry itself, can provide useful lessons for many similar

enterprises.

This paper is divided into six chapters: Chapter 1 Introduction mainly on the

background and significance of the topic, at home and abroad on the Review of the

talent pool strategy, the main content and framework of the study, research and

innovation of this paper; first Chapter 2 introduces the theoretical basis of the strategy

of the talent pool, including the connotation of the talent pool, the purpose of the talent

pool, talent pool steps and pathways. Reveal the nature of the talent connotation and

value of talent, in accordance with the laws of the growth of talent, the use of the theory

of talent development strategy, combining theoretical connotation and hierarchy of the

Group, to establish the core content of the group management,talent strategy; Chapter 3

introduces the X About the problems of the status quo, and the talent pool of the talent

pool, according to industry background and the company's development strategy of the

Group, the main problem for the development of human resources, explore the

positioning of Talent Development Group Corporation, the clear goal of the

development of human resources; 4th Chapter Chapter 5 is mainly based on the actual
