摘要:核电项目中的文档因为其相当于项目管理活化石的作用而受到高度的

重视,核电文档管理的好坏不仅影响项目当前的管理效率,对后续核电厂的运营

也具有非常重要的参考价值。

本论文以X公司为研究背景,以项目管理为理论基础,着重对其核电项目文档

管理体系文档控制,文挡监管,文档服务三个方面的内容进行研究和分析,并给

出相应的文档管理优化方案。本论文主要的研究方法是定性分析法,以核电项目

和文档管理全生命周期理念为出发点,将信息共享平台,UCM系统,本地化管理,

特别行动小组,文档管理规范五个主要方面作为基本点,建立了基于全生命周期

的文档管理优化模型,并运用该模型对X公文档控制,文档监管,文档服务,UCM

系统等几个方面的文档管理问题进行优化并给出具体的优化方案。

模型的优化可以解决X公司核电项目文档管理体系中的诸多问题,提高X公司

整个核电项目项目管理的效率和质量,为核电行业或非核电行业中其他公司的文

档管理工作提供借鉴。本文用到的参考文献共66篇,图16个。

ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: The Documents are given highly attention because it is acting as the

role of living fossil in the nuclear project management. The documentation management

not only impacts on the current project management efficiency but also influences the

subsequent operation of nuclear plant. It has very significant reference value in nuclear

project management.

Picking X company as the research company and the project management theory as

the basic theory,we will study and analyze the nuclear project documentation system

which are divided as document control, document oversight and document service of X

company in this paper. Qualitative analysis is the only research method used in this

paper. Taking the nuclear project full life cycle and documentation management full life

cycle concept as the starting point,using the Information share platform,UCM system,

Localization, Special action group and the Documentation management standards as the

fundamental support, I built out the full life cycle documentation management

optimization model in this paper and use this model to optimize the specific document

control, document oversight, document service and UCM system problems existed in

the documentation system of X company, besides of that,the detailed optimization

proposals were also given out to help solve those documentation management problems.

The optimization can solve the document management problem existed in X

company and it also can enhance the efficiency and the quality of the whole China

nuclear project management in X company indirectly. And other companies no matter in

nuclear industry or non-nuclear industry also can draw lessons from this paper for their

documentation management. 66 relevant references and 12 drawings were used in this

paper.
