在研究过程中,首先根据 JXTXFW 公司运营情况分析,总结出影响当前发
展的不利原因,然后提及公司项目管理制度方案,通过各项制度的梳理形成项
目管理体系。此体系文件包含了工程项目的所有管理过程,对 JXTXFW 公司工
程项目建设的管理活动提供可操作的指导意见。最后,作者规划了 JXTXFW 公
司项目管理能力的发展路径,并对公司项目管理后续持续改进提出了自己目标
和建议。

Over the two decades of reform and opening , with the rapid development of
China's telecommunications industry, the competition in the telecommunication
construction field become intense day by day, and the difficulty of telecommunication
construction enterprise development is increasing, thus there requires higher in the
control like the cost , schedule and safety of construction project management. To be
able to survive and grow in a highly competitive marketplace, the ability of making
project management is becoming a new necessary ability of a company. In order to
meet the needs of JXTXFW company project management system, the paper analyzes
and summarizes the currently operational project management of the company, and
come up with the reasons which are not suitable for the current development. At the
same time, in order to have a better adaption to the development of the company , the
paper also raises some code requirement about project managers standardized
assessment, project quality, safety , and progress requirements according to my own
understanding.
During the process of studying, at first, according to the situation analysis of the
JXTXFW Company’s operations, the paper summed up the reasons why current
development is not suitable and put forward to improve the follow-up program. And
then mention the improvement program of the company project management system ,
and come up with a new project management system by combing the various
systems.
This system file contains all the management process of the constructing project,
and provides actionable guidance on JXTXFW construction company project
management activities. At last, the authors planned a development path for the project
management ability of JXTXFW Company, and put forward his own target and
suggestions to the follow-up continuous improvement of the company’s project
management.
