In the development of area economy, development of the logistics industry
to each industry, has played an important key. Development of major economic
indicators from the logistics industry, the logistics industry development in Fuzhou
city market demand is large and there is a growing tendency. With the formation of a
buyer's market, many enterprises in Fuzhou city of logistics field in the presence of the
third profit source began to have a more profound understanding, optimization of the
internal logistics management, reduce logistics cost become the strong desire and
requirements for the majority of enterprises, and become the focus of the whole
society logistics activities. Reduce the logistics cost is mainly to improve the logistics
and transport conditions, and the highway is an important sign to measure
the social transportation level, has play a decisive role position in regional social and
economic development. So the impact of highway on the regional logistics has important
practical guiding significance for promoting the development of regional logistics
industry.
This paper is the influence of freeway to regional logistics as the research object, in
the current construction of Fuzhou metropolitan area under the background
of the development policies, analyzes the impact of highway construction on the
development of Fuzhou social economy, modern logistics industry, the effect of
each made a tentative study and discussion. Analysis methods are methods in Fuzhou
city social economic indicators before and after the construction of expressway, the
selected feature is the two years of highway construction the year before and after the
construction, mainly because of the integrity of the data and the construction of two years
after the more profound impact on regional. Through the data calculation, analysis
of freeway influence, on the level of service of regional logistics, logistics
efficiency influence on impact on logistics infrastructure and transport structure
influence etc.. Finally, the possible problems and policy suggestions,hoping to provide
a reference for the further development of regional logistics.

区域物流是区域经济的一个重要组成部分,它的发展可以推动整个区域经济的
发展。建设物流基础设施工程,可以最大限度地发挥区域物流的能力,实现包括物资、
时间、资金链、流通等多项物流运输环节的合理衔接,促进区域经济发展。本文以
福州大都市区作为研究对象,研究了福州绕城高速公路西北段一期工程建成通车前
后,福州大都市区的社会、经济、交通、环境的发展现状和规划,研究总结了高速
公路与区域物流的关系和相互间的影响,提出进一步推进区域物流业的建议。
一、阐述论文选题的背景、选题意义、国内外相关研究的现状、研究目的、研
究内容、研究思路和研究方法等,以及本论文在写作中的创新点和进一步待解决的
问题。国内外区域物流方面的著作中多数是集中研究关于物流基础设施建设对区域
经济的影响,以及区域物流对区域经济发展等方面,高速公路对物流fe响方面的理
论研究较少。本论文对比了高速公路通车前后区域发展的状况,实证高速公路作为
物流基础设施中的一项对物流的影响情况。
二、阐述本论文在写作中运用到的相关概念和理论方法,其中介绍了区域物流

四、阐述本论文研究对象的概况和发展规划,综合了福建省、福州市“十二五
规划报告”以及构建福州大都市区的规划方案,介绍了包括福州大都市区、绕城高
速公路西北段建设前状况及基本概况,还介绍了包括福建省、福州市“十二五”现
代物流业的规划发展情况、福州大都市区规划发展情况以及福州市交通的规划发展
情况等内容。
五、分析福州大都市区在绕城高速公路建设后的状况以及数据分析。本章节主
要阐述的福州大都市区发展情况是以2012年为准,由于绕城高速西北段在2010年
通车,通车2年对周边区域环境的影响更为显着,而且一些统计数据也更为完善,
因此选取2012年作为特征年。首先阐述了福州大都市区的发展现状,包括社会、经
济发展情况,交通发展现状,以及区域物流的发展现状等。以上情况都是与2006年
数据遥相呼应的,具有可比性。之后根据对两个不同特征年的相同指标进行数据分
析得出结论。主要分析计算了车辆货运量的变化、其它运输方式货运量的变化、货
车流量的变化、运输成本的变化、物流收入的变化、道路饱和度的变化、物流设施
数目的变化,这些指标表达了高速公路对物流服务水平的影响、对物流效益的影响、
对物流基础设施的影响、对运输结构的影响四个方面。除此之外,对比了绕城高速
公路建设前后区域经济的对比情况、物流总收入与社会文化、社会经济的比较情况
最后提出了绕城高速公路对福州大都市区经济发展的可能存在问题,包括高速公路
收费问题、高速公路拥堵问题、高速公路建设带来了社会环境、生态环境问题等,
并提出了对福州大都市区区域物流可持续发展的对策和建议。
六、结论与建议。根据发展现状和存在问题,充分考虑其它因素后得到结论。
根据“十二五”规划的发展目标,到2015年,福莆宁继续加快构建同城化,福州将
建设成为全国性物流节点城市,各项物流设施充分发挥效应,现代物流业将成为主
导产业,现代物流业的发展总体水平将位列省内各设区市的前列。从论文的研究情
况来看,福州大都市区在绕城高速公路建设的推动下,经济、社会文化、区域物流
都相比之前有了很大的提升,证实了高速公路对区域的影响。在此结论之上,提出
几点建议,总结了本论文的不足,对将来的研究提出展望。
