摘要

老龄化是经济社会高度发展的标识,应对老龄问题是世界各国的共同话题。我国是

一个人口大国,也是世界上唯—个老龄人口过亿的国家;伴随着中国改革开放的深入

发展和经济体制改革的进一步推进,传统的家庭养老模式随着城镇化和家庭规模逐渐变

小而无法延续,同时养老资金供给和需求的严重缺口,使的我国养老产业的发展远落后

于老龄化的速度;如何保障老年人的权益,为老年人提供舒服适宜的生活,让老年人脱

离边缘人群,再次融入社会,愉悦地安享晚年;这既是前所未有的挑战,也提供了前所

未有的发展机遇。因而构建有特色的养老服务体系是应对人口老龄化的不可避免的客观

趋势。

基于中国社会转型造成养老保障体系迫切需要重新构建,且养老资金需求和供给的

突出矛盾,本文从养老商业模式的角度出发,力求通过对中国养老的商业环境,老年人

养老的需求以及发展方向等角度的分析,结合中护公司本地的市场竞争情况,就医养融

合养老商业模式给出本研宄的结论和建议。本文为养老行业商业模式的研宄提供了新的

视角,为养老的相关学术研宄提供了实际案例素材;同时以江西中护为例,对中国目前

中国养老商业模式进行了分析。研究结论对行业内企业的实际操作有一定的借鉴作用。

The Research for Business Model of Geriatrics

——Case Study from Jiangxi ZHONGHU

Abstract

Ageing is the identity of the high economic and social development, anditis a common

topic all over the world.Our country is a populous country, is also only one which has aging

people over 100 million;With the further development of China's reforming and opening up

arid further promote the economic system reform. Traditional family pension mode is unable

to continue with urbanization and family size became smaller, pension funds serious gaps in

supply and demand at the same time, make the development of the old-age industry in China

is far behind the speed of aging. How to safeguard the rights and interests of the elderly,

suitable for the elderly to provide comfortable life, let the elderly from the edge of the crowd,

reintegration into society, abetted pleasure; This is not only an unprecedented challenge, also

provides unprecedented opportunities for development. Thus build a distinctive endowment

service system is the objective trend of the deal with the aging of tiie population is inevitable.

Based on China's social transition causes endowment security system urgently need to be

rebuilt,and pension fluids supply and demand of prominent contradictions, from the

perspective of pension business model,this paper tries to through the business environment of

China's pension, the elderly pension demand as well as the development direction of Angle

analysis, combined with protecting company in local market competition situation, go to a

doctor a fusion pension business model gives the conclusions and recommendations of this

study. This paper is to research for the pension industry business model,provides 汪 new angle

of view,theoretical significance; and combined with the actual case, carries on the analysis,

has practical value, provides the reference for the industry enterprise.
